Campeador's Revenge

Unexpected events had prevented either side from capitalizing on previous victories, and the situation in the Sigmas had quieted down from previous months. That all changed two days ago, however. HS>Campeador, doing armed reconnaissance in Sigma-17, encountered CNS-Cambi. After a grueling battle left both ships as little more than wrecks, Cambi withdrew under her own power leaving Campeador for dead.

A dedicated rescue effort by Outcast, Zoner, and GC ships rescued Capitan Fernandez and the Campeador.

Now the Outcasts want revenge.

Battleground

The battle will be fought in Sigma-17. The Outcast forces will start at the Sigma-19 Jump Hole, while the Corsair forces start at the Battleship Barcelona. Combatants are free to engage anywhere in the system.
