I'm GSB coordinator Baron Mainfred Quentin Bourreau and I am contacting you in the light of recent changes and contact with one of your vessels in the Gallic Union.
As you probably know - or you will know when the captain of your vessel Corvus informs you - there have been some changes in relations between the Gallic Union and your organization. Bear in mind, that these changes came from our government and they have little to do with the GSB itself.
We are still interested in collaboration with your organization. I have seen your vessel bringing some cybernetic enhancements to the Gallia and GSB would be interested in acquiring a larger number of these enhancements for the evaluation and comparison purposes.
In return, we can share some of the gallic technology with you - including S-family vessels and similar type of equipment.
That will be all for now - we will be awaiting your reply.

Consider our pact confidential for the time being. Rest of the Gallic Union does not need to know about it yet.
For the very same reason, we plan to dispatch our own secret convoy to one of your installations far from the Gallia's borders and pick up our goods there.

Complete packages for 300 ground vehicle crewmen, ranging from light tactical vehicles to tanks.
Complete packages for 100 scientists.
Complete packages for 200 surveillance computer and sensor operators.
Cyberware for 1,250 persons, so three times of that for enough spares and replacements during their lifetime = 3,750 packages in total. With option to acquire more in the near future if your implants will prove superior on tactical and operational level.
I would like to know how many of our S-family vessels you would like in return - along with weaponry, engines and supply of Promethene.
