Hello, Miss Loyola. Knight kept me informed of previous agreements but I don't believe we've had the chance to speak. At this time I have taken over Knights position as she is dealing with other, private matters. I haven't had the chance to go through Knight's previous contacts with you, though I can say we've had positive interactions with the Outcasts. What is it you'd like to speak to me with specifically?
Well, maybe little things like guarantees of security for me and my people as well as business from which we could benefit. Say grand policital schemes are not in my immidiate plans. Some maybe some small scale business, Knight seems to be a reasonable person so it yet to see if rest of the Insurgency command share the same quality.
In any event I would prefer rather informal style of negotiations and all. I've had enough BORING things in my life.
Well, if you wish to be more, informal about thinks, perhaps we can meet and talk in person. Is there any preferred place you would like to meet? Perhaps here in Insurgency space for the time being, or if need be I could travel to some destination for a meeting with you. Your choice, really.
Your place? My place? From the sound of it I am not being shot which is clearly a good sign. My place would mean you traveling to the edge of the Sirius sector which is no good for the fleet commander in Liberty and Border Worlds, from my understanding. I have much more flexible schedule and have no direct responsilities, so meeting at your place would be much less complicated procedure at that regard.
Just to double-check, do you provide the guarantee that nothing happens to me?
I assure you no harm will be brought to you during your visit. Perhaps we can soeak in my home on Veracruz, would be nice to do it in a comfortabke setting due to certain injuries I've gotten. I can send you the necessary map data so that you can arrive safely.

It's high time I speak to you regarding the recent shifts in relations. Rather expectedly the Rogues turned against the Insurgency, likely kneeling to their latest friends in the Xenos. As of late, factions of Outcasts have been seeing some of our vessels as targets of opportunity. I can't say it's fully unexpected. Now the deal we had prior was to let the cardamine trade lie in exchange for Outcast and Rogue forces to leave us alone and these developments leave me with little reason to continue these arrangements.
I want to discuss this with you. In person. You will come here, I'm not entering Outcast territory to be assassinated by any factions or families of Outcasts that'd like to take a shot at me. We either need to negotiate a solution or solidify how things are. I don't believe you've lost all influence in the echelons of Outcast territory but as it stands any Outcast ships firing on Insurgency vessels or defending Rogues forces are free targets. Either the Rogues need to be reminded of their place or crushed under the heel of the Insurgent war machine, as you've been friendly I'd hate to condemn the entirety of the Outcasts in Liberty to the same fate if I can help it. I want to know whether this pocket of hostile Outcasts is isolated, or spreading so I can plan accordingly.
Oh... I'm soooooo sorry. But yeah, it sounds kinda bothersome. I'm not really going to mediate between ogga booga cavemen making raids out of their caves and trying to break each other's skills with sticks. Or well if they attack you, I'm sorry, but there's not much I'm willing to do for you on the Outcast side of things. Rogues won't want my mediation and to be honest, it's your internal Liberty business. Fuck Xenos though. I kinda wanted to turn everyone and kick CR out of Coronado, but I guess people know what they are doing.
Anyway, I assume that if you are talking to me, we are cool? Like, no hard feelings 'n stuff? Right now I mostly care about my own ass, so to say.
