Greetings Directors of Synth Foods,

My name is Sebastian Riordan, Minister of Trade for the Crater Republic. It has been sometime since our government has communicated with your company but our long history of business in supply of Yuma should stand a testament towards our positive bonds and good will. We contact you today in regards to a new and quite extensive project our Ministry of Science has initiated that your participation on may prove exceedingly beneficial, not to mention profitable. We seek your consulting services in regards to the design and possibly implementation phase of bio reactor facilities on our colony world of Borneo in Tau 44. Our scientists are looking to clone and mass produce certain native algae for commercial uses. Though this is not your center focus, it is our hope that in congruence with our small but talented team at Yuma Ocean Farming Co-Operative, your expertise on the manufacture of bio-domes and growth facilities will help us reach our goals.

If this sparks interest, please, let us continue our discussions on the matter and we should be able to compensate your company fruitfully.

Thank You,

In service to the Republic

Sebastian Riordan

Good evening Mr. Riordan,

my name is Johan Smith, Chief Executive Officer for Synth Foods. While it has indeed been quite some time since we've last had an active communication with the Republic, it is of high interest from our side to maintain our mutually benefient business-relationship and as such we are pleased to see that you're reaching out to us with a new project in mind.

While Synth Foods main focus is, as you said, not the production of algae normally, I'm happy to announce that the Board of Executives has deemed your proposal benefitial for our company, and as such we're willing to send a small team of scientists to Planet Borneo to assist in the first steps of researching the algae alongside your team. However the main focus of our team will be to figure out which type of biodomes and other facilities will best be suited for such a task. With that in mind, we cannot currently give you an estimate of how much time we'll need to finish our studies, though we'll certainly be able to give you a very rough estimate after our experts started working on the planet. This also includes the financial aspect of this deal as well however that'll also be depending on what you ultimately decide to do with the suggestions our team is going to be making throughout the process of this project.

If there's anything that you'd like to add, then please be sure to notify us immediatly.
I hope we can come to an agreement under these terms.

Sincerely,
Johan Smith
