Greetings again Sarah,

President John Doe... now that is a name I haven't heard of for a long, long time.

My understanding is he is no longer around and has moved on from DSE. His niece or granddaughter - Jess Doe - took over for a while, but she seems to have moved on too. The only one who seems to answer comms is their Human Resources Director Lulatia Bellisario. You might want to direct-comms her. Ultimately JD's former company is a shell of its former self and hardly ever seen around nowadays - and has shed a lot of staff as a result.

I'll send a surveyor to have a look at the construction site. If DSE) is unable to complete the job, DSE|- may well be able to. Lets us know if that becomes a requirement.

My surveyor has investigated the Docking Rings and found them to be lacking only Ageira white boxed equipment to get operative. It does lack a Mooring Fixture and that may account for the job being 30% incomplete.
