I am Captain Harold Sommerville, speaking on behalf of the Armed Forces. We have been informed that the installations in your ownership are in violation of the laws of the Kingdom of Bretonia, lacking a registration.
Due to the volatile situation of the Dublin system, we must be informed of any and all bases that wish to maintain a positive relation with the Kingdom. Therefore, you have a timeframe of 72 hours to register the bases and, as a result of avoiding registration in the past months, pay an additional fine of 10 million credits to the main account of the Kingdom of Bretonia. Hello Captain Harold Sommerville, BAF, I saw a Post regarding a Base I help manage (Tipperary Workshop). the Original Owner has left after his base was destroyed in Dublin and has never came back to the Server, have not seen him since his base and others were destroyed.
I had paid 300 Mil to Put a base in Dublin. but before I could place it, all the bases were being Attacked and were being destroyed in Dublin. I was wondering if, Since my Base had the Registration paid for but never placed. So am wondering and Hoping is there any chance My Former non-used Registration could be used for Tipperary Workshop Registration and Payment, and or get a Refund, and then use that to help pay for the Registration for Tipperary Workshop?
The reason I never tried to deploy my base was because at that time BAF had their hands full trying to Keep the Hostiles under control at the time, it was just not any part of a good idea to place the base in Dublin at that time, with all those bases being destroyed. This went on for months and everyone was Extremely Gun shy of placing a base anywhere and I think still are Gun shy...
I wish to maintain a positive relationship with the Kingdom, so please register the base so that I can contribute to the best of my ability to the Kingdom and all law abiding citizens.
And also I ask for support in my endeavors, for the benefit of society.

I believe we are acquainted already, and so I will leave the pleasantries aside and get to the main subject of this transmission.
The proposed timeframe has been extended to the 1st of March, 2400 hours. As Tipperary Workshop has already presented the required form to the registration channel of the Goverment, a matter I understand is currently being processed, only Sanctuary Home remains.
Please ensure that everything is completed until the 2nd of March, Sir. If you are in need of further assistance, contact us within the shortest time.
We will await an update until the 2nd of March from either the owner or the Goverment, confirming the registration of Sanctuary Home.
