Bonjour,
I am Jean d'Octobre, président of a startup company called SiriuswideShippingCo. I have recently launched the startup tied to Sirizon, which, as we know, is the largest trans-sirian direct-to-consumer sales company in the galaxy. Sirizon has, as we all know, a never ending need to ship any and all sorts of goods all throught the galaxy between their fulfilment centres and are recruiting pilots far and wide to fill in the transport gap. Armed with a few million credits, I heeded the call of their megalomaniac president Jeff Musk and decided to jump head first into the business. Due to the very limited startup funds, I am currently not able to afford a proper sized ship, but as we know, Gallia has the best technology and a second hand ship would still work better than anything else in the galaxy. Thus the problem.
I need to get as large a ship as possible to try and make this endeavour profiltable, so I went to the Navy Auction and succesfully bid on a fully decked out Gallic ship from the impound lot... unfortunately, as it turns out, I Ianded the one no one wanted, namely, L'Âne.

L'Âne will have to do for now and due to customs concerns, since the business I'm contracting for has most of it's shipping needs in the Sirius sector (though we might as well exploit their greed and take their credits back to great Gallia), the ship will have to be flagged "Freelancer". I kindly request that the government provides me with license that would allow business operations (especially with regards to cargo shipping restrictions), operation and posession of the vessel, as well as operation and posession of gallic technology with regards to thruster, shielding and weapons, as the vessel is already outfitted as such.

I want to get in contact to ask for permission to enter home-manufactured Raba frigates into Galia.

As you may understand, the Omicrons are very far from Galia, and the imperio is always surrounded by enemigos that want to destroy us by any means. But as you may also know, the Omicrons son ricos amigos. Most probably the only vessel that can defend itself, and carry a nice cargo to your systems. Also the Raba prototype was made corsairs, and we are proud of our creations.
