Two hard crashes today

two hard crashes trying to dock on bases one Halifax Freeport crashed me out to the desktop. second Sunderland research station in Newcastle that knocked me out of the game and I had to start over from my last position.

I wonder if it has something to do with the unfinished trade lanes. Just speculating. But these crashes are occurring in systems that don't have them so may be wrong.
