Please revise House RP Laws to reflect changing times and attitudes toward Synthetic Marijuana. As a Junker I should be allowed to carry small amounts for personal use. It aids my back from years of scrapping!

This could open up RP between players and Law. Law could hassle us and we can cry defund the police..
