Malaclypse created the SHIZL not as a Chairperson, but as a universaly recognized leader of all Zoners. And I bet you all the credits in the universe that if she was not the leader of TAZ, her political power would have been ten times smaller in the Council and everywhere else.
Once more, I urge the Council to reconsider this motion. Our respective groups must learn to cooperate and share. This new Security Council will have little power without the support of the Factions. And your sovereign control in O-49 will become absolete if they do not likewise endorse it.

Greetings fellow Zoners, Ms Silvan, Secretary Reynolds,
I have a few questions.
1. Why was this not put to a vote in the Council? What gives the current chair any right to do what they please without regards to the members of the Council? Is that not why we left the Houses? They forced things upon us? That is exactly what you are doing here Ms Silvan. You didn't bother asking the Council our thoughts and you even hand selected the members of this new Council, not very democratic if you ask me.
2. What gives you the right to dissolve the SHIZL? You being the Chairperson of the CoZ? You are one of five members of that governing body, I as a delegate of the Council will not acknowledge the SHIZL being dissolved until all parties, faction, council, and indie alike come to an agreement. I will not stand for a newly elected offical abusing their power, one that I myself voted for.
I am also at a loss for how you think it wise to ignore the concens of our fellow Zoners simply because they left the Council. They left for their own reasons, and one of those was that they carried to much power in the Council. Need I remind you that they have the numbers to forcible take over the Council if they wanted? Yet, instead they left. Noble of them.
You are trying to force something upon Zoners as a whole, as of right now, you are being no different then the Houses you so dispise. I urge you to calm down and do things the way you know they should be done. The way you have in the past. Act in the manner that so convinced me you would be a great leader.
