Quote:Zone of Influence
The Guild is in the curious position of having a zone of influence that extends throughout Sirius. This leads many to the incorrect assumption that we are an international police force. This is hardly the case: bounty hunters have varying levels of authority in their duties with regard to their targets, depending on the jurisdictions in which they operate. State legal requirements are often imposed on out-of-state bounty hunters, meaning a suspect could temporarily escape re-arrest by entering a state in which the bounty hunter has limited or no jurisdiction.
To reflect this, agents are assigned to separate operational zones.
ANY AGENT DEVIATING FROM AN ASSIGNED OPERATIONAL ZONE WILL HAVE HIS LICENSE REVOKED.
Agents will receive ONE warning the first time they deviate. A second violation will mean expulsion from the faction.
Requests for transfers will only be considered if there is persuasive justification given.

While on patrol in the new york system waiting to form a wing with S/D-Feral I was doing periodic scans of passing by ships.
I scanned a ship right as it was docking to manhatten, the suspect was carrying over 4000+ artifacts. I managed to get the cargo log in my scanner data.
Strangely enough when i hailed for any liberty police forces none were in the zone, i went on to hail for any authroative liberty units such as military or security, again my hail was unanswerds. The suspect left the planet with 4000+ passengers and exited the system through the alaska gate.

Today I have been reassigned to Liberty space... while on patrol with agent Feral we met and engaged an outcast.. (I dont remember his name..).. Agent Feral fell, I continued fighting along with LSF and other BH pilots.. he started fleeing.. I chased him but my cruise engine was disrupted by rheinland fighter called Illusion.. I warned him that if this happen again, the consequencies will be significant....
Later I found a pirate disrupting trade lane (tony stark).. I asked him to stop ... after my final warning he stopped and left the area
Then I got outcast on my radar... I chased.. engaged.. Hoping that backup comes fast... but I got killed because even after sending my coordinates but help didn't came in time...

Please be advised that the Outcast pilot Onyx.Wolfe has some serious weaponry on his fighter. I was able to grab the gun camera chip as my ejection seat blew me clear.
He actually offered to allow me to pay him $100,000 credits to NOT attack me. I don't think so. However, we should be in a flight to tackle him from now on.
I should be released from the medical center shortly, and back in space later on.

Artifact smuggler vm904; missed catching him. Maybe we best tell them LPI folk to watch out for him. Item 1
Kills -
[UNKNOWN CONTACT]; Lane Hacker ID Fighter - He was screaming for mercy as the last shots tore through the hull. Gotta lean back more. Image Image
Bernadotte; Xeno ID Fighter - Flying a Crow; ain't never seen one before Image Image
=Kryten=; Outcast ID Fighter - This guy damaged Zayle's ship pretty badly and ran to Colorado. Turned and gave us a fight. Bobafett nailed him with the cannon. See, practice pays off. Image Image
Beastie_intergalactica; Pirate ID Gunboat - Navy guy paid us on the post for this one so no footage for the boys to watch in the bar tonight.
Other information:
Well it sure was nice to see a complete fighter wing operating in Liberty. That Basilisk guy seems to have a real soft-spot for me. We caught him on a trade lane. I reckon I got done by friendly fire cause every tugboat captain in the vicinity opened up on the guy. The others chased him off.
Some Ageira dumb bunny name of King Arthur, says he's from the White Tigers, guy was offering free escort work at Liberty. Plus some Junker idiot name of Illusion in a Rheinland Military fighter disrupted one of the boys chasing Basilisk. We warned these guys not to get in our way.

Recruit Richard Vettel joins us today. Once he's set up, he is to report to Feral's wing in Liberty. He's an experienced bomber pilot in his own ship so it may have a custom paint-job but you'll recognise him by the call-sign S/D-Vettel.

I've received transmission on my reassignment and I will have my ship immediately reloaded and I'll be on my way.
Before I leave Bretonnia I would like to inform any agent being assigned here. QCO has been also having difficulties with the coalition. QCO-Mark Mckenna had asked me over private comms to assiste QCO and BPA with an invasion by the coalition at the Cambridge Jump Gate in New London. I was too low on Bots and Bats but I couldn't ignore their call.
There were too many though all in Very Heavy Fighters. I lasted only al little bit longer than a couple of the authorities that were already there. So please note that there is more than OPG flooding into Cambridge.

Running normal patrols in Liberty space. Currently re-located out of Texas, watching for smugglers or anyone that wants to pick up a load of slaves. It would be nice if the Junkers would leave me alone.
It's been lonely out here lately - it seems that the rest of you must be in different sectors or operating on different schedules. I did a couple of small contracts for the Liberty Police, taking out some minor nuisances for them, hoping the rest of the wing would show up on long-range sensors, but no one ever did.
You guys must be partying too hard from your victories.

Harvester appear to be of artificial intelligence. I have met two of ther ships in the same space. I kept weapon systems poweres down and messaged to them that we were only curious. Communication with Harvesters seems limited, however, it is very important to note that they showed no hostile intent whatsoever. There may appear to be hostilities between them and DW but it also appears that their programming recognizes the difference between seperate Hunters. I shall leave this with you to analyse.
