The Kepler Agreement, 829, if a name for it can be any more bland, finally arrived on my "desk" and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. The Maltese Legion will abide the non-aggression clause with your people and we'll observe with great interest where this new mutual venture leads us all. Hopefully there won't be any fuck ups that would require heads to roll and people to be made an example of. I much prefer when operations run smoothly enough that I can enjoy the cozy vista of my villa on Malta rather than being forced to participate on field in matters related to that home of yours that is ironically called "Liberty".
I figured you'd be onboard, we've cooperated in the past and it revealed potential, even if it made Herbert extremely upset. The certainty of the status quo is gone now, and the future of how things go in Liberty is entirely open ended for once, I think you'll enjoy seeing how things change.

The Dons don't like to take any unnecessary risks so you better play your cards right, Boss Snake. The burden is on your shoulders to prove this little venture can bear meaningful fruit. I'll be rooting for you, but as I said - if things go badly, I'll have to get myself involved in cleaning up the mess that was made. So let's make sure things run smoothly so that I won't have to do so, si? I'm sure you have the forces to ensure the Rogues or Junkers never live long enough to find out about this little operation we'll be having together.
