Ladies and Gentlemen,

A new day begins, and so does another day of progressing the route scanning for the Ulster Annexes Movement.
We have completed the final scans of the California system this morning and are progressing through Cortez now.

Cortez is a simple system to scan with only 2 segments between gates, but a detailed scan of the approach to the Manchester jump gate will be nescessary due to it's location within an ice cloud. (whoever we have to thank for that decision)

Nevertheless, we anticipate transiting into Manchester within the next few hours.
I will keep you all updated as time allows.

Respectfully,

D. Jamison
Chief of Logistics

Esteemed Colleagues,

Update:
Scanning of the Cortez system is complete and my team is in the process of setting up operations in Manchester as I speak.

As expected, Cortez was relatively easy to scan until we reached the Roatan Ice Cloud encircling the Manchester gate. We scanned at half-speed in that area with all pods working to ensure that we got an accurate scan.

We may end up needing Hercules BCP ships to act as plows, pushing the larger asteroids out of our path, we this tested process using Hercules Atlas.1 and found them capable of the task.
Atlas.5 is continuing with the testing of base disassembly processes and crew training in New London.

I have acquired a total of 5 Hercules ships for the moving process and am in the process of equipping them for the job ahead.

On to Bretonia!

Message Details : T-09 AI vessel attack

Encryption : High Priority

Good day to you all,

Today I was transporting some Aluminium Ore and was attacked via cruise disruptor in the Omega-3 system by an Artificial Intelligence vessel.

Now from my encounters with AI vessels in the past, I have never been attacked by one, they have always just been curious about the cargo and basically had a bit of a chat and left the area.
This one however had immediate intention to destroy me, which is very concerning and please see the transcript below of the encounter.

[+]Encounter with T-09 AI vessel

[26.05.2022 19:52:08] T-09: Organic threat detected.
[26.05.2022 19:52:12] T-09: Scanning
[26.05.2022 19:52:13] TCL|Tyrone.Harrison: Was that necessary
[26.05.2022 19:52:22] T-09: Valuable ore onboard. Execution protocol engaged.
[26.05.2022 19:52:26] T-09: Weapons free.
[26.05.2022 19:53:12] TCL|Tyrone.Harrison's cargo is now full.
[26.05.2022 19:54:48] Death: TCL|Tyrone.Harrison was put out of action by T-09 (Gun).
This AI was flying a bomber vessel but I could not get time to scan it properly as I came under attack almost immediately and tried to defend myself, but unfortunately my vessel was disabled.

I would suggest we make it uncomfortable for this vessel to proceed to attack our convoys and we will be making sure our escort vessels are informed of it and made aware, aswell as other means.

Honored Executives and Directors,

We have proceeded into Bretonian space with great success!
Our prized new Taurus Shuttle continues to perform admirably, and the scanning of the Manchester system has been completed in good order.

We chose to set a waypoint in the NW sector of grid E-2, which allows us to bypass the Sheffield North Ice field entirely without adding hardly any distance to the total transit of the system.

Additionally, our Third waypoint is set to the north side of Planet Wight so that our path did not cross the high traffic and dense base zone at Birmingham Station.

The path from Waypoint 3 is a clear and easy route to the New London Gate, that puts us only one system and one jumpgate from our goal!

We anticipate only scanning the first leg of the New London system today and taking our night's rest at Canterbury Station. This however puts completing our scans clear to the Dublin station location by close of business tomorrow easily within reach.

Regarding Phase 1, as we say is Bretonia, "Well begun is half done".

Respectfully,

D. Jamison
Chief of Logistics

My Esteemed Colleagues,

I am delighted to report that the route scanning for the Ulster Annex bases has been completed.

The New London system, being so densely based and heavily trafficked required extra scanning at lower speeds to be certain of ascertaining the best and safest path for our movements.
The turn at Belvidere Refinery was easy, since we decided to pull up short and take a path toward New London along the east side of the trade lane, but this will necessitate crossing the lane both here and at Planet New London, and we may require some assistance from the Bretonian authorities to halt lane traffic as we transit the area around Canary Wharf Station.
But the deed is done.

Our entry point at the New London/Manchester Gate.

As in Manchester, we routed the path around Planet Dover
on the vacant side, away from Kensington Station.

This gave us a clear path to Belvidere Refinery.

Another clear path along the East side of the
Tradelane to New London.

We certainly don't want to make a turn from
this location, however.

So, we suggest making this maneuver to avoid
the area entirely.

Which then give us this clear path to the Dublin gate.

This is the current plan for the transit of the busy New London system, which gives us only two tricky encounters with traffic lanes at Belvidere and New London, which is the best that we could hope for.

The information regarding our entry into Dublin and base location scans will follow shortly.

Respectfully,

D. Jamison
Chief of Logistics

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Here are our Dublin system scans with our recommendations for the Ulster Annex Bases location.

We found that since the BS Essex sits somewhat above the plane, placing our bases below made it easier to get the required distance from the Essex, making the location somewhat less awkward.

Here are the distance scan from the other pertinant objects in the area.

Therefore, I submit this ending position as our proposal for the Ulster Annex bases location,
necessary to meet the restrictions placed upon us by the Bretonian Govt.
It is worth mentioning that the stations could be placed on the plane if we received relatively small variances in the restrictions.

We await the feedback of the Board and are standing by for further instructions at Ulster Base

Respectfully,

D. Jamison
Chief of Logistics

Good day David,

The efforts of yourself and your crew have been truly remarkable, and may I say this new vessel of yours will be used rather extensively in the future as Team Convoy pushes forward and improves its services.

The scans of all the systems involved in the move are incredible and very precise. I think we must now concentrate on the relevant people that we need at both Annex-1 and Annex-2 in Galileo, and this will mean we can start to plan the actual moving of the bases and it brings us closer to our overall goal.

Truly magnificent work my friend and myself and the board appreciate everything you have done over the past couple of weeks.

Many thanks.

Dear David

Thank you very much for the hard work you and your crew put into this opperation, it is greatly appreciated.

Both Governements have been contacted and will be sending out escorts once we're starting our move. However, as you've already heard, the Bretonian Governement has communicated some requirements for the new position. I'm glad you could already integrate scanning for a location that meets those requirements into the last leg of your scanning-work.
Once we have successfully moved the Annex' complex, I'm guessing we can use the vessels and well trainend crew, to move Ulster Station itself to the same position?

The position will need to be verified by the Bretonian Governement, but I'm sure this will only be a formality.

Best wishes and Good luck

Vice President
Teresa Grand

Dear Colleagues,

At the request of several board members, I have used all of our remarkable Taurus shuttle's ample capabilities to do the most specific scientific scans possible for our new base location in Dublin.

We performed dozens of scans after dropping 2 drones that emitted directional signals of both high and low frequency waveforms at the target locations of BS Essex and the Dublin Minable Zone.
Several different frequencies were used so that we could compare return times to verify the previous scan. We have complete confidence that the data are impeccably accurate down to the millimeter.

Please find the pertinent location data attached to this document, and contact me personally if there is anything else that my team can do to advance our efforts to get our bases moved safely and promptly.

Dear Colleagues,

I have arrived back in the Galileo system with a team of Engineers and with the TCL|Cypriot loaded with a significant quantity of Reinforced Alloy extrusions in preparation for the following proposed disassembly of the annex stations in preparation for their movement.

Our preliminary recommendation is that after removing external storage tanks and smaller modules to be moved via Titanics due to their single cavernous holds, the remaining linear segments be strengthened to withstand bending and flexing via the method shown below, using Annex 1 as an example.

Our further recommendations continue along this line of logic, continuing to use bracing where necessary as shown above.

Please advise me directly if the Board has any questions or concerns.

Respectfully,
