To whom it may concern,
As you may be aware the Liberty Marshals have been re-activated. I was hoping you might be able to advise or assist us with a small matter?
We have several Patriot and Executioner class fighters in various states of repair which require significant overhaul. Given the activity over the past few days we would like to get these online urgently. However, the maintenance provider on the Planet Denver we have been using while awaiting the completion of our own maintenance facilities does not have the equipment or tooling to handle this type of work.
I am aware this might be outside of the scope of your normal operations but I was wondering if you might be able to help us with getting these ships online, either at one of your maintenance locations or if you could provide a recommendation for a trustworthy contractor?
Once again, apologies for contacting you with this issue but given the subject matter and the nature of the technology involved a Liberty Navy fleet seemed to be the most appropriate contact.
With Regards,
Joshua Hartley Supervisory Liberty Marshal (Acting Deputy Director)
In service to the Republic.

Subject: Maintenance and Repair Request
Deputy Director Hartley,
Thank you for reaching out with such a request. I don't believe we've met, so please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Martin Kemp-Smith, Fleet Admiral in Command of the Liberty Navy, Forty-sixth Fleet. Pleasure to make your acquaintance.
In light with the events of the last few days, in line with our general standing orders to provide aid to allied branches of Liberty's Forces, I am both obliged and happy to assist in such matters. Given that the Navy, too, operate such craft, though likely in a lesser quantity than possibly yourselves. Our technicians at our Headquarters, Salt Lake Station, would be more than happy to render repair services to your craft. If you aren't aware of Salt Lakes current location, it is seven clicks immediately north-bound from Baltimore Shipyard.
I have relayed orders to our Chief Dock-master in advance so these repairs can commence at your soonest convenience. You are instructed, along with the rest of your pilots, to approach on impulse, identify yourselves accordingly, and you will be assigned to Bay Ten, where we will have staff at hand to assist you.
If you need anything else, please do not hesitate to contact me. For such purposes, I will leave this channel open.
In service to the Republic,
-
Martin Kemp-Smith
