minning ID

Greetings,

followed the minning guide, but not sure to understand: i tried to mine niobium with a freelancer ID and a Hegemon all minning turrets, wanted to increase collect rate so i bought a BMM ID, but now the collect rate is even worse, what did i do wrong ?

Those mining ships mentioned, is not the entire list of ships for mining, but there are more
Those ships are the best to use for mining to fill a transport cargo ship
The Hegemon is a mining ship with decent cargo space so it let you mine for yourself and transport after
Be advised that the hegemon is extremely annoying to fly and gets stuck to almost all asteroid fields and trade-lanes
