I am Ursula Hartmann, Economic Security deputy of the ALG Waste Disposal,

I'd like to delve into details, but circumstances dictate I speak plainly - on November 13th, ALG Waste Disposal security division pilot under the identification of "Delta 13" have breached Crayter Republic legal code and caused an international accident by openly assisting Technocracy of Auxo combat vessels in a firefight that took place in Republic's sovereign space - Coronado.

I took liberty to amend the international impact on ALG business and compensated sides suffering from this accident, and I'm not going to request the ministries to compensate me this mitigation. However, I do plead to the government that man, Kai Richter, Director of Security Division, is taken into custody and brought to justice... or relieved of his position, clearly unfit for it and only suitable for menial labor.

All local Governors, as well as the Oberkommandos of the Kaiserliche Rheinwehr and the Kaiserliche Polizei are hereby informed about the situation memtioned above. You are requested and required to look for Kai Richter and take him into custody. Rheinwehr Officer may deliver him to the nearest by Police Prison Station, Polizei Officers may bring him to the Reichsgericht on Neu Berlin where the Kaiser will decide about his fate.

It's unfortunate Rheinland's central authority is unable to take more direct measures against this individual, but it've only proven how the situation with the fringe elements of ALG have spiraled out of control - your control, my control, and it is unsettling to see.

Regardless, I'll heed to this request and do my utmost to have Richter apprehended - some action's set in motion to bring this to fruition.
