Please find attached the, "discussion", between a single Liberty operative that did not contact us since, about not only a Liberty Officer from the First Flet letting two Xeones terrorists operate in New York, but also a missing war ship actively in service in these aformentioned terrorists, the FRS Roanoke.
There's a reason Johnny hired two employees to take care of business while he is busy gathering intelligence. Since you are a House, we will let you know what we do. We specialize in clandestine operations, black bag operations, sabotage, intelligence (HUMINT, SIGINT) and tailing operations. Of course, we are a private organization. These are the words of Emily, I'm too lazy to write my own. For these walls of text, I think you're gonna need some tea to help you, no pun intended. We would also like to know what to do with this information. It is too valuable to give away, but if the sole interested is not even interested, what to do... Thank you in advance.
This is of course we hope, the first start in a relationship between us as well, as we are a private investigation office operating in Sirius.

I know you might have known me, I do know you. I was in the LPI, but you won't find any records of it. I'm on my own now anyway.
I have been redirected by a certain Jeremiah Sawyer, Commanding Officer of the South Dakota, for the informations I hold. You see, I am what people call, a private eye.
I have met and talked two times now with some Xeno called Cobra, and I have found something concerning. A capital-class ship, very well functioning with, according to my scanners, Insurgency weaponry on board. The callname was Roanoke.
I have the blackbox recording - I was held at gunpoint, facing 180° away from the battlecruiser, if we can put it that way, by the person named Cobra. Prevented me from taking pictures from the vessel, but I did what I could and found out it was indeed an Interdictor-class battlecruiser. I assume with the weaponry on board, it must have been a fleeting battlecruiser from the Insurgency, and joined the Xenoes in exchange for opium in the form of words. I suppose this will be a bigger concern for you, as the Navy continues to march on Vespucci, some combatants won't stop here, and their movement will grow. This battlecruiser is one of the first symptoms.
I expect of course, to be paid for my services. I have also information on a slacking (or complacent at the very least) Officer of the Liberty Navy who did not take appropriate measures against the two Xenoes in high orbit over Manhattan under the circumstances of "being tired". I, contrary to the battlecruiser, have pictures - proof again, that the Officers are not very good at protecting their secrets. I also expect to be paid for this of course. This may reveal more corruption, slacking, or otherwise undermining ailments that led me to quit an organized force and work on my own.
The elements (blackbox, guncams), will be given once I will have, at least, a reply from you.
The Commissioner has put me in charge of handling this transmission and any events that might follow as a result from it. I am Operative "Shroud" of the LPI's SWAT department and it looks like we'll be getting to know each other better. As far as my own records go, Redemption, you are not a part of the Liberty Police Incorporated at current time. What you were or were not in the past is an investigation I will not be getting into at this point in time and I will instead get straight into the contents of your transmission.
Your meetings with the Xenos are most concerning and bring up the question of why you're going through the risks you are if a payment was not certain or discussed at the time of those events taking place. The Xenos choosing not to shoot down does not sound like the most convincing theory on why you're still alive after acquiring such intelligence on them, but I will give you the benefit of the doubt for now.
As for the battlecruiser that you are so inclined to believe the Xenos have, how has the Navy, Security Force or the LPI -not- seen that battlecruiser with the Xenos before? How can it be that you are the first person to see it and report it to us? If the Xenos indeed have a battlecruiser that apparently defected from the Insurgency they would be taking good care to keep that asset hidden. Hidden away from the prying eyes of people such as you.
Last but not least, it would be wise of you to open up this transmission channel to the LSF and the Liberty Navy as well.

I also wish to apologize for our immediate lack of response, but there was thorough discussion about the validity of these -- as I believe you understand -- outlandish claims of an existing Xeno battlecruiser as well as the claims to possess evidence damaging to Liberty's public reputation.
Firstly, we shall address that matter, albeit through a series of question so that we acquire a better picture of this situation. Where has the battlecruiser been sighted? What is its callsign? If sighted, do you possess any evidence of its existence? And, lastly, why do you believe that the LPI has refused cooperation on this?
With that explained, or, for a lack of better word, mentioned, I hold particular interest in the offer of hirement. Whilst I understand that this may not be what you expect to receive from an Admiral, it is our duty to ensure our rivals remain weak. Thusly, would your private investigations office be interested in acquiring intelligence, both directly and indirectly, about the state of the Liberty Navy, Police and Security Force? It is not an easy task to successfully complete, but the monetary compensation is adequate.
In addition, it would be in both our interests that you remain firmly concentrated upon revealing the corruption within Liberty. We do not mind it. This is what make a human, a human. As soon as I saw this file, given to me by Johnny himself, I didn't believe him at first. Honestly, this was surprising. We will give you everything relevant we have. Unfortunately, Johnny was held at point-blank, 180° out of view of the battlecruiser, we theorize this is specifically to avoid not only identification, but also other valuable intel.
This Xeno Battlecruiser, has the callsign FRS Roanoke, FRS for Free Republic Ship, we assume. It possess Insurgency weaponry, and has a Capital Armor Upgrade of at least six (6). It has been sighted en route from California, in the Ontario system, at the map's south of the Medium Blue star. It was a long conversation, nothing much was said about the Xeno Alliance. Propaganda, clearly.
I believe the LPI- refused cooperation because Johnny is an ex-LPI operative, and that they sent a goon from Liberty's "S.W.A.T." to make us understand we should have no business with LPI-, despite having the official recommendation from a Commanding Officer, Jeremiah Sawyer, from an Interdictor-class Battlecruiser (of all capital ships). This isn't their problem, but the Navy. They're private after all. "Inc.", this has always made us laugh.
Yes, I understand perfectly that this is not a usual request from an Admiral, but we are used to unusualness. We, of course, won't refuse any contracts within reason (i.e. not launching a punitive expedition in Omicron Psi).
Investigating on Liberty is already ongoing, but w wonder what intelligence exactly you are looking for, and what type; white, grey, black? And also what kind of operations are you expecting us to do? False flag operations? Clandestine operations? Terrorist attacks? Bombings? Tailing a highly-ranked officer? Blackmailing one? Et cetera.
And of course, Johnny repeatedly tells us to continue investigating the corruption within Liberty, and cites it as one of the reason he left the LPI-. The latest one was a Navy officer letting two Xeno fighters go away in very high orbit (outside of range of Manhattan's defense grid), and without even averting their higher-ups. This sure won't be easy, as it may mean getting one of our agents inside one of theri agencies.
We will try of course. I hope the data we gave you here will be a good beginning, and hopefully, a beginning in cooperation between our Office, and Bretonia. I hope this also is worth some credits. We have noticed and read the bounty posted for the our boss' personal ship, Redemption.
During an excursion alongside the main mission of Agent Marc, to bring back the Redemption to House Territory, to the Omicrons in hopes to meet Order operatives as we continue the search for clues about the FRS Roanoke, it has been attacked by a lonesome Corsair, and was briefly stolen by him. Agent Zoé, located nearby in the Tau-53 system, was dispatched to save Agent Mark, as he was abandoned. He was saved by Zoners - if you were concerned by our agents' well-being.
We managed to get it back, by sending our Frigate and its Marine contingent after it: we found it abandoned in Freeport 1 in Omega-3 after following its localization signal it sends back to our Frigate periodically, this very morning. We are aware of only one thing: It was in New London according to the non-readable, non-rewrittable localization data. We are not aware of the rest, but we are aware that this Corsair used the Redemption's cloaking device. The ship, already modified upon purchased, was modified again by us and our technicians, and we have noticed:
The cloaking device's parameters regarding which frequencies to bend was not adapted to for G-type main sequence star; New London's star being a G-type main sequence star, more precisely, a G-8. This is a rookie mistake and one of the main leads behind our theory that this Corsair thought to be very wise by using our technology. Our cloaking device was modified upon installation to tune the EM frequencies for optimization of fuel usage - we have noticed it burnt fuel quite quickly, precisely 155.87% quicker, whereas our fine-tuning reduces up to 20% the usage of auxiliary batteries.

The ship being abandoned after running out of the MOX-H-Fuel mix the engines uses, this mix being difficult to obtain, or even unknown to certain parts of Sirius.
Rookie mistakes upon rookie mistakes; only a handful of people from our office are capable of using this ship to its fullest potential.
The Corsair was intelligent enough to turn off the blackbox recordings and the backup blackbox. That's what you get for using CTE equipment, I suppose.
FADM Sommerville, I hope this cleaned up your accusations, which are entirely founded, and we are sorry for whatever this Corsair might have done in New London. If you have more questions, this channel is still open. By the way, we have more information on the FRS Roanoke, and we have finished compiling the data recently, if you are still interested, that is. If you need a fine to be paid, we will pay it. But it would be quite good to have the bounty on this ship removed, as it went to the shipyard five times in two days before this event. It's already a massive money sink, and this simply slow us down in the contract we have made with you about the FRS Roanoke.
I hope you can understand now, that the Johnny's Office was not implicated in this event. I hope you haven't forgotten our main mission: earning money. Whatever this Corsair have done, is simply non representative of our Office.

We have shared with you our findings of our own investigations. With all due respects, it is our job. We have noticed an increase in 50,000,000 in the bounty. So this is absolutely not a question of "rigorous investigation" from your end - this is simply you trying to take down our ship.
We are also "Freelancers", we see clearly, despite the frequency being "changed", you cannot discriminate a certain Neural Net address from accessing the data, and allow another one, both of which are Freelancers. I believe you also need some training in how the Neural Net works.
We're private investigators, and not for nought.
For now, we let this pass and we explain again a part you seem to have forgotten:
I will stress the part where the CTE-series ships are basically public knowledge, and the blueprints and how every ship belonging to the CTE-series are acutely known throughout Sirius and are fully available on the Neural Net.
Now: we find the increase in 50,000,000 million, and the extremely fast, if not completely pre-emptive and without proof, "deduction" about our investigation as a lie absolutely disrespectful toward the work of our employees, especially Agent Mark who was wounded after the ship was stolen, and Agent Zoe's, and the Zoners' as he was rescued by them, and Agent Zoe took him back, they are currently in Kusari.
