I am writing to you on behalf of the OSI and SLRC. As you know, it has been many years since you served as ambassador for the Zoners. However, we believe that now more than ever, we need your help.
The situation in Pennsylvania is deteriorating rapidly, and we are in danger of losing control of the system. This crisis is a serious threat to the entire region. We believe that you are the only one who can help us to restore order and open diplomatic talks with Liberty.
You have a long history of success in dealing with difficult situations. You are a skilled negotiator and a respected leader. We believe that you are the only one who can bring the warring factions together and find a peaceful solution.
We are asking you to accept a nomination on the part of the OSI and SLRC to return to Pennsylvania, specifically Bethlehem Station. We believe that you are the only one who can save the system and prevent a wider conflict. Should you accept this nomination it would be put to the respecitive boards to vote for approval. Our hope is that with the support of OSI and SLRC behind you. The role of Ambassador will be taken with more weight and substance.
We know that this is a lot to ask, but we believe that you are the only one who can do it. We are prepared to offer you any assistance that you need.
Please consider our request. The future of the region depends on it.

Your message is received. I think we should all talk as I need to be briefed on the current situation. I do not like to rely on media reports as we both know how people can spin them for their own agendas. I will meet you on Bethlehem.
