As a staunch proponent of life, I've dedicated many years studying it's single unit, the cell and have grown a marvelous fascination for their unity. It's beautiful how cells work together, as one cohesive entity to create beings such as us, essentially progenitors to the birth of intelligent life. Nature's truest example of collaboration. If such entities can work together and achieve greatness that is us, it stands to reason that we, the result of such a myriad of change and transformation, the culmination of evolution can stand to do better.

I believe in collaboration, unity, the drive for knowledge & true democracy.

As Isoroku Tokuhei is approaching his middle age, he is becoming more conservative and doesn't really like or understand the ever changing world around him. While the Ninkyō Dantai sounds like an obvious choice for a man like him, thanks to his KSP career, he never became a true hardliner. Thus, his obvious choice is the Kusari Sunrise Party as the second most conservative party in his opinion.
