Agree, would have loved to have it on steam too. Would like to get my hands on a original disc again just to put it into my collection of other games.

My uncle got me into it about 19 years ago. I saw him playing one time, let me have a go and that was it. He come over and install it on my PC, worked some no-CD magic. I eventually bought the game a few years later, still got the CD, don't use it though.
Found this place, got him into Discovery also, mainly played on the DiscoUK server at first. Sadly, he was stolen by Elite Dangerous when it released and has never returned since, despite no longer playing Elite either.
