I had expected to see you and your assets out in those newly discovered systems, and if anything I will commend your stealthiness as I highly doubt today was your first time entering those systems.
You wish to get to the bottom of this, to figure out what's behind those systems, what their true purpose was and is, what threat they pose, and what lurks behind what we now call the limits to how far we can go. Not far from what we seek out there.
We're staring at the unknown, Revenant, and I don't find peace with the idea that the unknown is staring right back at us, especially when they have access to our backyard. We cannot be the only ones capable of using the hyperspace tunnels to go in and out of this system complex.

Though I find myself surprised that he did not inform you about these afforementioned answers. Or perhaps I'm not surprised, knowing who your tour guide was.
Whatever the case... You're seeking answers, as am I... But what I seek is dangerous, and I want to ensure whatever is inside is not going to destroy all living sentients. However. The lack of foresight with blindly prying open more and more wounds in the hyperspatial stream has gone far beyond recovery, it's inevitable now that we're going to see more and more conflict arise out of this. I'm afraid we're simply entering a new state of unforeseen consequences and may have inadvertently kick started a chain reaction from both Humanity's desire to compete for dominance, and of those creations being disturbed.
What could you offer me that could accelerate my means of learning and studying these remnants of those precursors?

I have not been informed of the events you're speaking about, I trust I'll have word regarding them within the day, so I cannot speak for that just yet. We shall get back to this matter if necessary once I'm aware of what you're referring to. I must say I am also not aware of what you mean by some of my own pilots traversing similar anomalies in the past, neither do I know who that "other individual" you mention is. I can understand the secrecy and the riddles, Revenant, but I've had enough secrecy regarding matters that regard the fate of humankind from the Order - I don't need more of it from your end as well.
I do not know what you need of me, Revenant. I'm not aware of something I have to offer that you may not already have. I've got the manpower under my hands which the Technocracy likely doesn't, but I cannot send my men out to work for you. I'm not sure what else is under my possession that you may need, Revenant.
As for Section Eight, they along with the rest of the Order are surrounded by a mysterious aura that I just so happen to despise. Cooperation in words that does not translate in actions due to inability to provide clear and straight forward answers and intelligence is not cooperation under my doctrine, and I thus see no reason to refer to them for assistance in this matter. Myself and the rest of Liberty will be thrown out of the equation as clueless bystanders.
Who else is there to trust, Revenant? The Core - the very same organization that openly engaged Navy assets during the multiple campaigns of Liberty in Omicron Nu?

What we at the Technocracy particularly lack is funding and materials. Manpower is good too. Most of our work is focused on studying, reverse engineering exotic materials and prototyping technologies. We can figure out what is acceptable in the meanwhile.
How about we talk in person? It may be easier for the both of us to get our intentions. And I have some suspicions that comms aren't particularly great for complete privacy.
For once, Revenant, I'll make an exception to my usual modus operandi and take you up on that offer. The delays that communications over the neural-net come with are beginning to annoy me when discussing a matter of such importance.
