I put a request to take over LH~ when leader wasn't around for year, it was pretty fast and fluid.

So following your logic:
If there's no reasonable replacement for leader (ie Other members dont want to, or cannot). And leader is not active, that faction should lose its official status by default.

The House Governments of Bretonia, Gallia, Kusari, Liberty, and Rheinland, will be made up of the faction leaders of every Official Police, Military, Intelligence, and Corporate faction with an ID classification belonging to that house. All of these leaders will have equal votes in their respective governments, and their proceedings will be supervised by staff in DiscoveryGC Official Discord government channels.

Why "House Goverments" should be the leaders of any faction?
This is gonna be delaying request and posts about how RP is done, even more if the Staff will make supervision of the post, do you know my request post have more than 5 Months!! To even get a response by Staff?
Unless you are going to be working SERIOUSLY and AT TIME by approving the posts, i belive the change is Unnecesary!
Why?
Because is just a hell!
Currently i am Leading the Rheinland Polizei, for some people have some such "Isnt a big deal" but for someone doing (or try to doing) faction things is just gonna be so damn SLOW, If you request something to Liberty they respond after months, same for some houses in here...
And now it will be supervised by Staff?
If house goverment do kinda harsh and slow response, plus we adding the staff time to react, is gonna be so damn ridiculous!

I dont care what you say, but i will keep doing my things in any way i see necessary, awaiting the time neccesary for goverment response is gonna be the same as awaiting the United Nations stop the wars going actually in the world... Useless and slowish as hell...

If you have something against "some players" that play in a grey-darkish area of the factions, then i could say it happens, isnt really a way to fix, is working as intended due the nature of the simulation of a real-life person, dont like it? Role-Play as a "Way to give life to something" can be dark at times, that is how life is in reality!

Goverments should stay where are they, limiting the power of do things or mess their houses is like any other goverment are doing it even in real life...

If your goverment make your house go in bankruptcy like IRL the EE.UU is doing it is fine...
They deserve and open a path to Riots and increase in criminal activity, bring more lore...

But as always i belive is just a way to *MANIPULATE* players by desires of any of the Staff, being Admins, Mods, Devs or Furries...when should make the patches and disco lore according how players were doing things, more inter-house communication should be done, and by x time of the year should be placed to say "We will solve the things and prep the mod till x date of posts, we will see how develop the history and we will update accordingly" if Bretonia isnt happy with Liberty and wanna make a war let THIS COMMUNITY do how they will likely to behave, instead of your like way to behave...

This is what it was missing in the forums and lore of disco, "Superior entities" drowning how each house must behave by stopping them to make Goverment acts...

Not even remotely what I wrote. I said that an OFL that isn't present for six months at a time is a bad leader. If that's a controversial opinion I'm genuinely amazed.

Admittedly there aren't really any official mechanisms in place, because (a little bit like govs! funny, that) it was left up to the factions themselves. With an exception here or there that involved staff intervention.

Maybe post a player request and see what can be done.
