Staff should regulate Zonera and GMG too. And actually any faction who put up laws in that thread then. Seems fair treatment then And yes, regulate when unlawfuls can shoot at POBs. Basically, regulate everything that has roleplay and gameplay ramifications to players within system where factions have ZOI.

I'm trying to figure out if that's sincere or sarcasm. Man, internet is hard.

Both. Sincere because it would be fair. Sarcasm because it's as stupid as supervising only 5 lawful houses and leaving every other region out of this ordeal.

They already need to be admin approved in regards to GMG, etc.

so did everything houses did besides post comms threads and pay out bounties, just like GMG, etc

all theyre doing now is hitting "ok" on comms and bounty posts because apparently governments comms mattered before

It's more so that people who shouldn't be there, aren't there I believe.

why shouldnt the people already participating in governments be there? were there some sort of rules about people not being allowed to be in governments? ive never seen them.
why do people think less votes and less participants is better?

Why would a 1ic act as a proxy for another person or group of people (you only have 1 vote in the end), you shouldn't be an ofl lead.

I am not OFL and I do majority of LibGov work. Including stating votes on licence requests, updating laws to reflect changes after updates, paying bounties, etc. Am I worse than OFL who has whole faction to take care after? I can guarantee, that LibGov will come to a crawl after this change unless staff members actively start micromanaging everything themselves. This is the same as staff members who divide their time between multiple duties and either burn out or can't do every duty 100%.

Even with this change, can't the governments work as before anyway? You can still have your 14 person government do their votes, then just have the Liberty OFs vote in the OfficialTM one in line with the results. Granted, this requires the OFs to honour the results and vote accordingly, but I'm pretty sure govs work on a good faith basis as is.

Also edit, you could still have the same non OFL people write the paperwork if you need it, just have an OFL post ir for review.
