As a previous employee of BMM, and other shipping companies, i've heard the words Slavery, Unforgiving, Unprofessional, Lack of empathy, For Profit over employee, As the owner of RGS| I personally have committed to being different and overall the Bread and Butter of the shipping community.

We offer many amenities to improve your flights including:
1. PTO- No questions asked, get paid for accrued time off with the company in the event of an emergency.

3. Free Diagnostics, and Repairs for Ai-Employees
4. We cover the Cost of Hull Damage due to Radiation while on trips.(just send a receipt)

At RGS| We do have a list of obligations, morals, and visions to complete.
1. We strive for neutrality with all factions, and seek trade agreements with those that are hostile.
2. We give to the cause of minor factions, not just due to obliging to piracy, but for the struggles they face attempting to coexist in Sirius. You never know when you may run into someone again.
3. We do not discern by faction, race, biology, or religion.
4. We want to recruit and help grow RGS| to be the largest shipping company we can be without losing focus on what makes us different.
5. We do not differentiate between AI and Human/Alien.
6. We plan to harmonize Sirius through the power of friendship, and emotion for the embetterment of all.
7. We follow the past mistakes of other employers and empower ourselves to be one step above.
8. We are a team, any issues can be personally discussed with me in private and any issue can be solved with proper time and wherewithal.
9. We DO NOT engage or reciprocate in "Corporate Warfare".

Republican Group Shipping does have a couple standards to meet for employment and to gain the full fledged RGS| id, they are as follows:
1. A Standard RGS Shipping IFF/ID is required as of now. In the event we are declined by Rheinland for sanctuary we will seek other Factions and locations for our HeadQuarters, this may require a change of IFF/ID.
2. A background check to ensure proper relations with our current partners and possible future ones.(At least neutral to the Technocracy of Auxo, Ageira Technologies, Kruger Minerals, and Junkers)
3. We prefer a 5k Rheinland Colossus for our Shipping employees and can help with a loan to purchase one, but any Train compatible with your IFF will do.
4. Ability to be polite and stand proud for your company when involved with diplomatic or customer relations.

FAQ:
1. What do we do at RGS?
We are always seeking new contacts but we have two set routes that guarantee substantial pay.
2. What makes you different from any other shipping company?
Our benefits and savings package mainly, also our at will employment.
3. How will you improve Sirius instead of making it just another corporate venture?
We will apply donations of varying amounts to factions and causes in order to enrichen all lives and spectrums of the Galaxy.
4. Is there a minimum required time work wise?
No, but within reason should you be inactive with RGS for Three to Six months unless approved PTO, your employment will be at risk of termination.
5. Should my employment be terminated, do I still get my savings?
Of course, they were yours from the minute you joined us.
6. Can I willingly leave?
Yes, we will not require you to work for us if you do not agree with us or wish to continue.
7. I'm new to the employment scene. Is this an easy start?
Yes, RGS can help provide a Ship and answer any questions about Sirius's inner-workings.

Udo Krammer graduated from college and immediately got a job with the help of his father, an ambitious middle manager at Daumann. He started with a regular loader. Then he drove the loader. And a few years later, he was entrusted with a multi-ton loading crane, similar to those used in seaports. He had a superficial knowledge of the design of most space trucks in Rheinland, and was even personally acquainted with several captains, not least thanks to his father. Udo could not be called hardworking, but he deeply respected his father and would not upset him for anything. He accepted the fate built by his father and drifted with the flow, until one day, by the stupidest mistake of the dispatcher, he was taken away on one of the trucks to Bretonia. It was the best time of his life. Udo was so fired up with the idea of traveling in space that on the evening of his arrival back home, he begged his father to do something. But the father always held the position: "I will help you do it, but I will not do it for you." Therefore, Udo made his way from the very bottom, although he could have started much higher in the corporate hierarchy. The father fulfilled his son's request as a birthday gift. Whether on purpose, or it was a politically motivated decision, but he made it so that the CV went into RGS instead of Daumann, was not rejected immediately and got on the right table among others of the same. "Now everything depends on you, go to that interview." - he said. Udo rushed the RGS office, was at an interview, and now was waiting for a decision.
