I'm Catherine Winters, and I used to hold the rank of captain in the Legion. I wish your return was to better tidings but as you've undoubtedly noticed - Vespucci has fallen to Navy's unrelenting assault; they've paid for it in great deal of blood, bodies and ships but ultimately, their margin of safety exceeded ours, and since the fall of Delaware it's been race against time to evacuate. Some made it out, how many is still an open question. But we're still out there and the flames of our spirits have not been flushed out.
Admiral Amy West will give you better details on our current state of affairs. See you in space, soldier - we're all just soldiers here, with little significance to the ranks.

It's good to finally see someone responding to our hails. We have a discovered mostly what happened to the Legion but hearing it from witnesses will provide further clarity on the matter. I'd say it's time to fall in line and re-organise properly if there are still Legionnaires loyal to our cause.

Amy West, the last of the Legion to bear the title of Lord Commander before the Insurgency's formation. You were likely before my time in the Legion, since all I can recall are records aboard Leniex, but it's still damn good to see another Legionnaire pop up after all this time.
As Captain Winters pointed out, what remains of the Legion is a shell of its former self. The Commonwealth disbanded, its leaders tried for treason, and the resulting Insurgency battered against a withering Navy incursion into Vespucci. The majority of what remained of the Legion that reorganized under the Insurgency fled north to Coronado, where we've been recouping our strength.
Lieutenant Mayfield reported seeing your vessel during the Technocracy's recent operation in Kansas, however brief it was. His analysis of the event was quite positive, and I'm quite intrigued at the least by the vessel you command and the experiences you must've had out there. I'll leave an embedded neural-link to the Network for communications, for you and anyone else who links in to this channel.
Rest assured, we will avenge Veracruz.

I'm relieved to see there is still someone in command of the remaining Legionnaires. I've been busy organizing what forces I can muster under my command and collecting information on activities in Liberty. You can expect us visiting Coronado as soon as we're able to travel and, I suppose you're open to meeting me in person. I will also need some information concerning the LFP if I'm addressing them correctly.

If you're talking about the PLF, those Zoners that don't take too kindly to Liberty, I think they call themselves the 'Pennsylvania Liberation Front'.
LSF pulled a false-flag during the Navy's siege on Veracruz, and invaded Erie on the grounds of there being some of our people who piggybacked with the refugee ships. It's total horseshit, but Navy didn't exactly need a reason to do anything those days. The PLF are Zoners that either had folks on Erie, were Erieites themselves, or came from outside Liberty to lend their hand to the resistance that cropped up during the invasion.
Far as I'm concerned, they're good people with much to offer. I wouldn't expect them to fight the Remnant's war for us, but they're aligned well enough to work with.
If you are actually referring to a group called the 'LFP', though, then it's news I haven't heard about.
As for making your way to Coronado, keep an air of caution with you. The Navy maintains a garrison in the system and conducts regular patrols. Crayter is a bit less predictable, and may ignore a scattered Legionnaire or Insurgent, but may also have loyalties to their bankroll friends on Manhattan and want to try their luck. The route here will take time on a full run, since the blackout took out the Inverness bypass, meaning it's a burn through Magellan and Cortez to reach Coronado. Flights down to the old battle site are usually quiet though if you stick to the cloud.
I've got no problem meeting in person, and it'd be a good distraction from the personal project I've been knee deep in for the last two and a half weeks. I typically stick to Barrier Gate, one of the rented mooring yards with the old battered ships latched on, or the Incursus. Wherever works, though.
