[Invalid]ALG NPCs don't drop Military salvage

Bug: ALG NPCs don't drop military salvage

Reproduction Steps:

• Fly to the Ring in New-Berlin
  
• Choose an anti-ALG mission (mine was to destroy a station in Sector E5)
  
• Pewpew
  
• See that you've civilian pilots in your hold, but no military salvage
  

Additional Information:

- The ALGs were all in Tigersharks
- Aingar said all non-nomad npcs should drop salvage
- I'm not sure if it's intended to offer a mission against ALG from a DHC base - maybe a leftover from the civil war?
