Sure I'll replace the GB slot with a frigate for you, you can pm me the name later. And yeah you could be in the process of unloading prisoners when the attack hits. But the prisoners the event is focusing on have been there for a while.

Of course only Unioners can actually dock with Mecklenburg, so this may require jettisoning and multiple loads.
