Bonjour à tous,

I have been travelling the Omicrons for more than 3 years now. I got here carrying Blue Packs for the construction of a certain Jump Gate in Omicron Rho, but due to the strange phenomenon that collapsed several Jump Holes that assignment ended quickly. But I managed to roam the Omicrons and get a feel for the solitude. I even visited Akabat multiple times, selling Food Rations and Oxygen.
Long story short, I would like to continue my stay in the Omicrons and, for that, I would like to submit a request for a Silver Level Clearance.

Greetings Mr. Dumere

I am Captain Valentin Róka of the Order Overwatch, your request for Silver Level Clearance just crossed my desk, but I have some question that need clearing up before Overwatch Command will consider the matter either way. It's not everyday that a pilot opens up such a request with us by disclosing their prior employment on a project commissioned by one of our principle enemies in the region after all. I'm referring of course to the previously mentioned Rho jumpgate project and it's Core benefactors, but a person is not solely defined by their previous job descriptions however, so that alone does not disqualify you.

So lets get to it then, my questions are as follows:92989e

1- Beyond simply hauling cargo for a construction project, please describe your previous and current relationship (if any) with the Core?
2- What activities do you intend to partake in while inside Order space if granted this visa? (Examples include: Trade, exploration, scientific research, etc.)
3- What classification of ship(s) do you intend to utilize while in Order space? Please also include the name of the vessel(s). (Examples include: Snubcraft, freighters, transports, Corvo Civilian Science Vessels, etc. NOTE: Independent Capital Assets are generally prohibited and will require special consideration.)
4- Do you certify that you are not in the employ of, or acting on behalf of any foreign intelligence organizations, or factions considered hostile to the Order while in Order space? (Please disclose evidence of your current ID/IFF, and repsheet showing at least Neutral or better reputation with The Order.)
5- Have you read the Overwatch Protectorate Laws and agree to abide by them?

Upon completion of this questionnaire we will consider your request and give you our decision as quickly as possible. Also please note that in the event that your clearance request is approved, you will be required to submit to a medical examination onboard Taba Starbase before access to the rest of Order space is permitted.

Bonjour Captain Róka,

Merci pour taking the time to respond to me. I chose to disclose my entire history to show that I have nothing to hide. I had no idea the construction project in Omicron Rho was commissioned by the Core. I received my orders from EFL superiors and I took the trip. Even the Jump Gate construction base was under EFL transponder. During my years here in the Omicrons, my contact with Core pilots was minimum: complying to their scan requests and continuing with my business. So to answer your first question, I do not work for Core, I have no relationship whatsoever with them.
2. While inside Order space, my sole intention is to trade basic resources. I grew rather fond of the quietness of the Omicrons, away from the high traffic of Gallia. So I am only interested in procuring the required resources for continuing my life here.
3. I fly the Gallic transport called "Pachyderme".
4. Yes, I do certify that I am not in the employ of any foreign intelligence organizations, or factions considered hostile to the Order, nor I am acting in their behalf. I've attached relevant credentials below.

Mr. Dumere

I'm sending this message to inform you that you have satisfied all of my original concerns about your clearance status. Your employment with EFL Oil & Machinery definitely smoothed over many questions related to you're involvement in the Rho Jumpgate project. We could always use a few more traders in the area willing to operate in the Omicrons, so long as they understand the area and risks involved. And thus far we've had decent relations with Gallia and it's people. I appriciate that you choose to reach out to us for official clearance rather than dodging our patrols.

You may proceed to Taba Starbase for the prerequisite medical exam, and then will be granted immediate access to Order space.

Please note that I only have to authority to grant a 'Provisional Clearance' at this time. I've recommended to Overwatch High Command that you be given the more permanent Silver Clearance, and they will finalize that as quickly as they see fit. You may go about your business trading in Order space freely in the mean time, but keep in mind that the final decision lies with them, so keep on your best behavior while in Mu and Minor.

I will update this correspondence once final approval has been made.
