To all affiliates and working partners of the Büro,

I am Ricin, Kommissary within the Büro. Our facility, AESIR, has developed a set of highly effective snubcraft weaponry. The project's name is coded QUASAR. Slow refire, but high powercore usage and damage, these weapons, both in field-testing and in live combat, have more than exceeded our expectations of effectiveness.

With this in mind, we have a surplus of these weapons that are not expected to see use. Although we're not typically arms dealers, we would like to auction these weapons off within our affiliate network, as a gesture of good faith, as well as free up our facilities for further projects.

The bidding will start at 4.000.000 S.C. per weapon, for 6 weapons. That's 24.000.000 S.C. to start. The bidding will end 7 days from today. Once bidding has ended, the winner will arrange with me directly a meeting location to drop off the weapons.
