I suppose we'd hoped that Enforce Laws being limited to House Space (with a couple exceptions) made it clear enough that you weren't allowed to enforce them outside of house space,

I meant the ID lines. Which are already listed.

Because if I said "Enforce Laws" lines on IDs only mention House Space, I'd absolutely get someone going "Um, Ackshually" about Kusari and Tohoku or whatever.

This exception applies literally solely to all Kusari Law Enforcement IDs (minus Hogosha):

- Can enforce laws within Kusari House Space and Tohoku.

With the Tohoku part being the result of a PR I've submitted months ago to retain the specific role of Tohoku as restricted space as per lore.
