[Equipment] Deployable Container just gives error during use attempt

Bug: Deployable Container gives error: "ERR couldn't verify cargo, please try again. " when trying to drop in mining field.

Reproduction Steps:

• Using Ragnar or Surveyor or even barge, drop/deploy container in Aluminium mining area in Sigma-15.
  
• Receive Error listed.
  
• Even selling, reloading game, rebuying item and trying again in mining field did not work.
  IDs used were {DHC} OF, as well as Daumann indie.
  

Additional Information: This issue was also experienced recently with my Junker Salvager trying to use container in the Military Salvage or Toxic Waste field in Ontario. Same error.
