Omicron Alpha

Help I seem to be stuck in omicron Alpha in the middle called "Medium Green" at a Player owned station and I cannot Launch because I cant mount an engine,not sure how this came about but can anybody tell me how I can launch again??

Im in Omicron Alpha docked at a player owned base,I tried to buy a new engine and failed.
Now I am without an engine mounted (it would not let me mount it when I tried) and I
cannot launch! There must be some way out of this!!
