Can I ask what the point of having bases be registered for the hauling bonus is if only certain people are allowed to benefit from it?

This feels like unnecessary exclusivity in a public event, and isn't helped by the fact that one of the two remaining bases (Isle of Skye) doesn't even process the event commodity,

Lisheen is closed for GF to do operations on itself, coupled with that we had people buying gold ore from the station and it vanished likely to other stations. The way that it is setup is Lisheen does mining operations and Coleraine sells it, due to the embargo.

Coleraine has sold a lot of gold, but occasionally we reserve some. This time we need to use the space on Coleraine as well as Lisheen as we're full.
