[Systems/Art] Conn depot - issue undocking with (some) snubs

Bug: Undocking the OSC Dorado from New Haven Snub depot has it stuck inside the station

Reproduction Steps:

• Dorado OSC Ferry
  
• Undock from New Haven Snub Depot
  
• unable to move as the back of the engines is stuck in the back of the undock tube
  

Additional Information: The ship does NOT get stuck on the normal depot. I tested Neckar in Stuttgart. The solararch entries seem identical so I have no clue right now what would cause this.
I only tested the Dorado. The issue is related to both snub undock tubes and does NOT happen to either snub undock tubes on a normal depot.

Department unclear as I am not sure if the issue is systems edit related somehow, model of the ship related, hardpoint of the base related.

One of the more odd bugs I've witnessed, no matter what the Dorado gets stuck in Connecticut specifically. Replaced the Atka model with the standard border station model as a bypass fix. Fixed awaiting release.
