Given the sheer amount of new ships... if I manage to re-skin one a day for a couple of months I'll have most of them covered. Of course, I have a hectic life outside of Discovery too so I can't promise anything, but I will concentrate on getting those popular ships muddified as far as my timespan will permit. Judging by the response, this is the what people are after and I'll do my best to deliver, though I can't promise I'll work through the whole repetoire in a meer matter of months, as every ship is individual and I have so many other things to attend to, it's obscene. Taking up a task like this, you realise just what the admins are up against, all due respect to them.

marauder: Alternate stripes are very easy to implement, the difficulty is coding the alternate ships into Discovery, as you mention. For now I will only be changing the original slightly, as I believe Igiss only means to have one version of the ship in the game.

I had noticed that some of the homeworld ships are plain white, it'd be nice to see some colour on them, but you've already said you'll do what you can so I'll shut up now.

I left the red in after all, but toned it down a fair bit. The blue and green components are now burgundy too, I didn't like how they looked before. Looked a little bit "Lego", which is a shame on a model of this quality. Here's a closer look at the texturing on this beauty:

You can see straight away how much higher res this skin is compared to the Homeworld ships, I love it!

Not to worry Dab, that's simply a limitation of the little program I use to view Freelancer models, HardCMP. It has trouble rendering odd textures like ones with transparency, ie: glass or nomad. Rest assured the cockpit will look the same as in the pic of the original.

Heh, looks like I found where Im supposed to be.
In way of Introduction, I am Xu Katral, a player recently joining the discovery community. I hail from Freeworlds(starwars TC mod), which I will no be playing due to issues within the community. Anywho, I am a ship texturer/ini coder and would gladly help out any way I can. If you would like some help with the ships badger, I would gladly do what I can.
