There seems to have been a surprise communication from a possible helping hand. Korporal Lahm has managed to gather the interests of Phoenix, a Zoner group having their base of operations in the Omicrons. A large station called "Kadesh Orbital City".

I will keep this brief as the communication logs attached to this message will explain most details. In any case. Phoenix seems to be in possession of an old Bismarck called "the Blitzkrieg". A ship dated from the 80-years war. Their goal is to retrofit said ship and use it against the Nomads, Corsairs and even Liberty itself. I believe we can help both them and ourselves by delivering and installing legacy weapon systems on the ship. This way we indirectly hurt our enemies while being able to deny any involvement.

While i don't think this will change the tide of war with our struggle against the Nomads, I do believe this could hurt them in the long run. Attached below you can find our current communication with Christian Burton, the leader of Phoenix.

I would like to congratulate you on your initiative in bringing the fight to our enemies at little cost to our own people.

However.

I will offer a further suggestion to be implemented in preparing the vessel for combat operations.
Your communication partner claims that it is an old Rheinland relic. You must therefore ensure that this story is not entirely marred by the installation of the latest weapon systems offered by Daumann. I am prepared to deny all knowledge of the operation and acquisition of this vessel by the mentioned group, regardless of the source of the accusation. But my denial will be more compelling if no single material on that ship originates from the yards of modern Rheinland. I am confident that the engineers employed for the project will rise to the challenge, even if it means reducing operational capacity.

The weapons delivered will be of an older generation in our legacy stockpiles that is not being made anymore by Daumann for a while. It would fit the narrative of it being an older ship with older Rheinland tech. There will be no trace back to us and we can deny any claims of us helping them out.
