We've been taking a beating out here in New York. Navy are stepping up their patrols, and they seem to be trained better to boot now that they aren't being forced through the pipeline fast to deal with the Insurgency.

There've been rumblings on Pittsburgh that you've been distracted and busy canoodling with the Order over some mystical crap. Came first from a few Steel Circle pilots that've been making up our short-staffed numbers, caught on a little with our own Alliance pilots here. I've been busy telling them you're on task but I'm pretty sure the only reason they listen is because I have both a snake and a lot of kill markers on my nose. Doubt it'll last forever.

Just so you can safely ignore everything else I'm going to say - you're right.

But this is a little ironic.

Considering that it was the Steel Circle that pulled their stunt, or tantrum, demanding all the other groups to see Ontario as a priority. I imagine transparency about the entire factual landscape would be too honest though.

Regardless, I've been coordinating with forces in the system to ensure the variety of unwelcome guests don't do anything that compromises our position there. I'm not enjoying having to do this from scratch every single time the Order elects to devote some new asset to that emergent frontline.

With the system I've put in place to address this, I'll be leaving oversight in Royce's hands. I've been meaning to review things on Ouray and Milford.

Take a gander at what I found out in Ontario? One of those Hunters. Seems that the Guild send one of it's dogs to our corner of space. Gotta ask, do all of them bark more than they bite? Did my civic duty and put that poor thing out of it's misery. Didn't take too much a beating but the FCS was acting up so I had to cut the patrol short and return to Ramsey. Was hoping to find one of those Technorats but I guess that'll be something for the next patrol.

First thing caught in the fishnet was actually a Maltese transport, filled to the brim with the obvious. Yes, traveling via trade lane system. Still, Trunk of Liberty did not return to base empty handed. I managed to source 860 units if H-Fuel, recover 2 escape pods containing our regulars, intercept prisoner transport and retake 10 prisoners, including their guard and a crate of... well ... whatever this crap is.

We've been biding our time and waiting.

Tolerating Technocrat raids day in and day out as if with impunity, permitting them the access needed to probe for weakness in formations and assess internal combat readiness.

The wait is now over.

As of this moment all combat capable ships not currently assigned to theaters of a higher priority are to engage in raiding of Inverness. Your priority will be to bleed Technocrat logistics and scorch any and all support networks they may rely on to outlast these turbulent tides.

Logistics wins wars. You hear me say it all the time. Poor logistics is what doomed the Legion. Doomed the Insurgency. And it's what will doom this self appointed regime from Inverness.

Employ lightning strike tactics, identify targets of opportunity either already engaged in combat or retreating from it and destroy them. Once deployment goals are achieved, execute a swift and orderly withdrawal. We want to ideally conserve manpower and weapons for a more.. climactic finale rather than being sidelined for the final act.

This is our moment to once again be an unsung menace and doom the true potentials of ambitious tyrants before foundations are even laid.

Anyone that gets in the way of your primary objective is free game.

It's time these people saw what a war really is - instead of just playing at it.

Effective immediately, Operation Sandsnake has been declared complete.

Operational parameters have been met, and with an influx of petitions from parties such as the Steel Circle to instead reallocate the detachment from Inverness back to Ontario, ALLCOM has obliged to do so.

All ships previously operating in Inverness are hereby immediately recalled to priority posting on Fort Ramsey and are to remain on high alert for any potential activity by parties such as the LSF, or the Liberty Navy. The situation surrounding Sudbury and potential for interference by these groups cannot be neglected or go unanswered.

Additionally, salvage or loot recovered from combat operations in Inverness will be shipped back to Fort Ramsey and evaluated for reuse and redistribution.

Fun times.

Our eyes in the field report that there's an inbound rush of narcotics. Don't get excited though. It's not the kind we weaponize against the Manhattanites, apparently this is something new that's being called "slog" by all the dealers setting up to peddle it. Cheap, practically cut together with whatever's on hand, be that asbestos or sawdust.

Worse yet, it's priced to be affordable to the "less than fortunate" and tap into an as of yet unexploited market.

We can't allow that.

Not the least of which because this drug apparently has its origins in Bretonia. No real lead on which one group, or groups might be responsible. The fact whoever might be behind this has decided to export it here and use our struggles to line their own pockets, well, that warrants an exceptionally specific response that I'm sure all of you are familiar with by now.

For now all pilots not currently assigned to a priority front are tasked with destroying smugglers carrying this cargo. Make examples of them and deter interest. Find out information on the source where possible. And if you can't be bothered to deal with detective work just bring back a few captives. I'm sure "3" could use the practice with his new tool-set.

Report to Barrow and make yourselves ready. I've cleared surplus hangar space given the circumstances.
