Name: Hjalmar Sturm

Story/Biography: Hjalmar Sturm was born in August of 795 A.S. in the capital city of the frigid planet of Hamburg. During the Nomad War of 799-800 A.S., his father was a mid-level pilot in the Military, with his mother staying home to take care of him and his siblings in their modest flat. Hjalmar would never truly know his father as he would not return from the Nomad War, being a part of the Northern Fleet that was presumed lost to the alien menace. With the main breadwinner gone in the economic and political chaos of the aftermath of the Nomad war, and on the edge of destitution, his mother, Vera Sturm, turned to the last people she knew could help - the Red Hessians.

Her father, Hjalmar's maternal grandfather, Helmut, was once a Kruger foreman on the then-frontier station of Elbich, Omega-7. During the layoffs of 834, Helmut was remiss to find that his was one of the positions eliminated. He had never been particularly happy with the status quo of Kruger, and his attempts to form a union was foiled time after time. He found camaraderie and belonging in the Hessians, who shared many of his grievances with Kruger. Helmut took Vera and her children in, though Vogtland was not the most ideal place to raise children, she made do as a cook, feeding the endless appetites of Hessian pilots returning from patrols of the burning Omega systems. Hjalmar grew up on Vogtland, training from a young age, eventually becoming a pilot like his father before him - though for a different, and noble - cause.

Why do you want to join us?: Hjalmar wishes to join the Rotfront to exact revenge on Das Wilde who he expects took his father, as well as to repay the Hessians for taking him and his mother in in their time of need.

Name: Christian Siegfried

Story/Biography: Christian Siegfried was born in an average Rheinland citizen family, working hard like everyone else to have a good life. His parents became old, unable to continue their work, so they got their pension that they paid into it the whole time. It was laughable, the amount of credits they got per month was not even enough to pay the rent, so they had to continue working to survive. Christian tried everything, started a second job to support his parents, but not even that was enough. A friend of him, always a silent supporter of the Hessian movement, showed him how much extra credits he could earn if he would sell some Hessian Tears to the unlawful groups in the Omegas and House of Bretonia. He was able to earn enough credits that his parents finally could retire, while also making sure his wallet was growing. Life was going really well, he decided to quit his job and become a smuggler for the movement.

Moving out of Rheinland and searching for a new home in the Omegas was hard, even for a smuggler. He managed to find a good place in Omega-3 at the Freeport 1 station. But the constant threat of being caught and not being able to pay the rent and food for his family made it hard and exhausted. Contacting his friend of the movement again made him aware of the plan of the Hessians, a modular station in the Omega-11 for the mining of Uncut Diamonds. He applied, was just an average station supplier pilot, raising the ranks to the miners and finally being able to become the Stationsleiter of that modular station.

Why do you want to join us?: The movement managed to pay the rent of my family, now it's time to pay that back. The Hessian movement needs to grow, and we have to make sure that the corrupt government suffers and Rheinland becomes a great state again.

Name: Lukas Riedel

Story/Biography:
I was born in Freital base, Omega-11. Not many recall it by that name—just another Hessian boulder to most. But for those of us children who grew up there, things were different. Home, where you learned to survive by observing, listening, and keeping your head down—until the day you had to lift it.

My father was a gunner aboard a Red Hessian gunboat, one of a small force that raided into Kruger and Republican convoys. My mother handled logistics, arranging cargo runs and med supply rotations among Omega system bases. I grew up with people who didn't consider themselves pirates, but fighters—resistance against Rheinland's corruption and betrayal.

I learned to fly at an early age. Not formally, not in a simulator. I learned on junkers held together with duct tape and will. By the age of seventeen I was flying escort on raids into mines, by nineteen leading operations into Dresden and Frankfurt. It wasn't always noble. We bombed military patrols on occasion. Occasionally civilians got in the way. That's what you remember.

The Hessians taught me loyalty, discipline, and the price of freedom. But as I grew older, I started asking questions other people didn't ask. Why were we still attacking miners who only attempted to survive? Why did some of the commanders remain in good health while our mechanics got ration bars to eat? I saw the cracks. The cause I was instructed to believe in started to resemble less of a cause, and more of a cycle—revenge feeding itself ad infinitum.

I did not betray and leave. I left with a clear conscience. I drifted around for a while—ran escort duty on Zoners in the Edge Worlds, worked for various neutral parties in the Border Worlds. Always stayed incognito, never hanging around one place too long. I kept flying, though I lost all faith in nothing.

That was not so a few weeks ago. I encountered one of your patrols on the border of Omega-55. It was not to be anything special—I was through-passer. But your pilot did not fire. He hailed me. We talked. Not about ships and orders, but about ideas. Unity, strategy, the fight for something more—not simply against something. That meeting stayed with me.

He never extended an invitation to join him. But he planted the seed. And here I am today. I don't have ideals. I've lost too many to have ideals. But I do know how to fight, how to take orders, and when the time is right, how to lead. I'm not looking for redemption. I'm looking for purpose. If you'll have me, I'm willing to fly with those still holding on to the hope that change is possible.

Because I’ve spent my whole life fighting against things—governments, corporations, corruption. But that’s not enough anymore. I want to fight for something. Your faction showed me there’s still honor in structure, in coordination, and in unity. I saw discipline, not dogma. That’s rare.

I don’t expect trust right away. But I’m willing to earn it—with my flight hours, my decisions in the field, and my loyalty where it matters. I bring experience from Omega space, knowledge of Red Hessian tactics, and a pilot’s instinct that’s been tested more times than I care to count.

Name: Michael Zwicker

Story/Biography: Born in New Berlin in a family of Kruger miners. Worked hard to get the Mining academy degree in order to join Kuger's mining division as his father intended on the heaviest miner class, Hegemon. Worked hard to become one of the best miner in the division under the supervision of Herr Lukas. After Herr Lukas was thrown under the corporation press by the corrupted and retarded administration, Michael decided to leave the corporation and join the opposite side of the coin, the real working class, Red Hessians. Worked at Diamonds mining operations for more than 2 years and constantly being oppressed by Rheinland military government division raids to Drested and Omega-11, the mining heart, along with Corsairs. Michael was pushed to join Red Hessians's defence forces to stand back the oppression and hostility in the new to him but welcoming home sector. After arriving to Vogtland, Michael spent all his money to get the biggest class that he can handle, the Jormungand, the shiniest Red Hessians tear of all. Spending another year under the supervision of Colonels, Michael felt ready to join regular defenses forces to oppose the oppression of the working class in his quite newly acquired home sector.
