Would USC be willing to enter into an 'open contract' of sorts where the only static item would be our water supplies? The rest of the arrangement would be communicated through the dock offices and base administrators directly to your ships as they arrive.
We would be willing to pay a premium per reported load of 25,000 credits and would, of course, pay any differences you encounter to ensure your routes are profitable.
