ALCON,
Station Veracruz Munitions, previously under operation by the Liberty Insurgency, was found on 21.11.834 by -BCV-Powhatan. In a state of severe decay and with a large civilian population of independents and Zoners unable to escape the system due to Gaian patrols, we have since brought the station into a state of operation.
As a result, Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing is claiming control of station Veracruz Munitions.
Burial operations are currently underway by civilian ferry Eryri for the reclamation of fallen Commonwealth personnel. The fallen’s ashes shall be spread over planet Veracruz, what they loved, what they fought for, what they died for. Disturbances of all vessels shall be kept to a minimum while burial operations are underway. Disturbances of the vessels Ravager, Chicago, Maine, Philadelphia, and the station Marshall, shall be kept to a minimum throughout the operation of Veracruz Munitions by Bristol Constructions & Manufacturing, unless they should pose a threat to safe navigation.

Captain Booth,
Your message is acknowledged. Task Force Prometheus will not interfere with the operations of Veracruz Munitions at this time, and given our understanding that a sizable portion of Bristol's workforce is composed of ex-Commonwealth citizens, we are willing to extend an offer of protection to your operations within the system. We would request that any sensitive military salvage be turned over to us, though we're in no position to enforce this and have no interest in turning arms against civilians for any reason. If the debris of the mentioned vessels, or of Station Marshall, should pose a threat to your operations in the system, we are willing to assist in safeguarding against such eventuality.
Regarding the fallen, Task Force Prometheus intends to provide your personnel escort and give as close to military honors as we can under the circumstances. Let us know when your operations will commence, and we'll see to it that nobody disturbs the last rites of Liberty's last heroes.

Exarch,
My name is Esme Blake, elected Commander of Ognissanti, formerly known as Veracruz Munitions. While I wasn’t at Veracruz, many of those here were. It is unfortunate that we can only talk at these sorts of circumstances.
Thank you for your offer of protection, though at this time I do not believe it to be necessary and feel as though such would potentially place your personnel at an undue risk. Smaller problems we are confident in handling ourselves, and interventions by your forces would only serve to bring attention to Vespucci. Any extended problems will likely bring the notice of the Liberty Navy and, similarly, notice of Task Force Prometheus operating in support of Bristol.
While we do not operate directly in secured House space, Liberty remains a primary corridor for our transports and we still operate in Pennsylvania. I wouldn’t put it past the Libertonian to restrict out travel out of spite, something that undoubtedly would cripple Bristol as an entity. As such, I am forced to respectfully decline the offer of protection for the interests of both our organizations.
Unfortunately I regret to inform that burial operations are a long term event, as the only vessel currently available to our operations in the modified ferry Eryri. As she is too small to reclaim all the fallen personnel, squadrons and singular larger vessels are being laid to rest in separate ceremonies. While the offer of a military guard is appreciated, due to the length of the operation we feel it is not advisable for Task Force Prometheus to do so for the interests of all involved.
