Dear Administrators of the Government of Liberty,

My name is Jake Donovan and I represent the Freelancer organization of Interstellar Transit.

Hailing from Planet Denver, I'm most familiar with Liberty space above all else. We currently have offices on Planet Manhattan, given the great business climate of this location.

Our company aims to provide ongoing passenger services to all walks of life throughput Sirius, at a reasonable cost for simple, standard travel. We also have small scale delivery services (Consumer / Commercial goods only, no unprocessed materials) that we are able to pair with our passenger flights, to reduce costs overall for both options.

My communication today is dual purpose.

The first is to ask for clarification in Liberty law of article 1.3 Improper passenger conditions.

It states: Only Freighters, Armored "Pelican" Transport, Liners and Yachts may transport various classifications of passengers, excluding Prisoners.

With the methods of passenger travel recently improved, groups of passengers are transported in bulky, modular Passenger Cabins containing accommodation and services.

Such cabins can be reasonably transferred by any ship with a hold large enough to support the cabin's volume, although Liners still handle their design most efficiently.

Does Liberty have plans to update their passenger conditions law given proper accommodation are now handled at the module level rather than the ship level?
I also realize not all passengers travel through the cabin system, so the law still remains completely applicable in those situations.

Second, I would today like to offer our services to any special transfer requests you may have at the moment, as we are looking to showcase our abilities in return for references and the potential of future contracts / considerations.

This could be as simple as handling some routine imports for the Armed Services, helping shuttle passengers (such as different groups of refugees we've come across recently), or other special assignments that have been awaiting attention.

This one-time service will be done at our promotional rates and can be handled dockside for minimal paperwork requirements by your offices aside from directions and approvals.
