I am writing on behalf of the Bretonian manufacturing corporation BMF who wish to discuss the possibility of trade shipments to the Rhineland Military. Specifically shipments of Military surplus equipment which the Bretonian Government has no need for.
It may seem strange that we would reach out however as Her Majesty's Government has no further need for this equipment it seem prudent to explore possibilities for sale. In addition, both the Rhineland and Bretonian Governments identify goods classed as 'Military materials' as a restricted item, to be carried only under license. BMF possesses a license from Bretonia but not from Rhineland and in order to get one, we must provide a justification for requesting one.
We therefore wish to inquire as to whether the Rhineland Military has any interest in these arms. I feel as though I should clarify that these goods have all passed safety and quality assurance checks and are still under a manufacturers guarantee.

Guten Tag, Herr Steiner.
At this time, the Rheinwehr and our sister services will find uses for all such equipment you may be able to provide. In particular, we would be interested in acquiring rations, standard operational spares, and standard-issue consumer goods. However, other, more specialized equipment in good working order will be considered on a category-by-category basis. This would include munitions, weapons, and other such equipment which is already available to us via existing contracts.
The Grossadmiral wishes me to indicate that you may proceed with a Cargo Licensing request to ship these goods as soon as may be possible. The wheels of government move slowly in Rheinland, an you may consider preparing the shipments for their eventual approval. If you require additional information before making your request, I will continue to monitor this node.
Für den Kaiser! Für das Volk! Für Rheinland!
Hochachtungsvoll,
Kristof Boll
Kapitänleutnant der Kaiserlichen Rheinwehr
