This is Albert Schulze, Guildmaster of Madeira Station. I am reaching out to schedule a meeting to discuss our ongoing cooperation, particularly with a focus on expansion within the Omega sector.

Hi Mr Schulze,
I'm Lisa Richter, commander of Beta squadron, the security wing tasked with Omega operations based out of Freistadt.
You're being pretty short on the details, so I don't know if I'll need to get the board involved here or if we can handle this in Beta.
So, what's this about? Give me some more info.
Or if this is something that has to be said in person, let me know if I should go myself or should send someone higher up. I guess we can do it on Freistadt since that's where I already am.
The meeting I am proposing is more economically oriented, as I see significant potential that can only be realized through cooperation between us.
As you may know, the Guild has been focusing on Madeira Base, which is set to become the headquarters for our Omega sector shipbuilding operations, effectively replacing Åland in its former role.
My reason for reaching out to ALG is twofold: first, to see if it is possible tor collaborate in expanding Madeira; and second, to discuss if ALG could assisting us in repurposing of the Åland wreck to finally close that unfortunate chapter in our shared history. And prevent another "monument" setting itself up to mock our dead.
With regards
Albert Schulze, Guildmaster

From: Wichter Station Subject: Meeting
Guildmaster Schulze,
My name is Marika Hornik, Director of Resource Management Division at ALG. This transmission was forwarded to my department, which may be a better fit for these economy-related plans. I'm certain the board would be interested in your expansion plans for Madeira when details are known.
As for Aland, the time had to come eventually to clear the site. Of course we will make ourselves available for the task. Though I would not say this chapter of our history was purely unfortunate; we remember it as a moment when we stood defiant against house tyranny. It may have been the losing side, but it was the right one, and that is how it will be seen.
I'll be happy to meet, maybe with a small team, at Madeira to discuss details. Let me know your timetables.
