During my routine patrol in Omicron Theta, I encountered a MFE Ship, named [MFE]Hippocrates.
Upon a quick scan, it was carrying Munitions, to MFE Academy.
Senor, we have unrest on Pygar with the Pheonix Zoners, now MFE is carrying Munitions to their Academy which is next Pygar.
Weren't they our allies and part of the Theta Treaty?
Why would they need Munitions on MFE Academy and why was he so quick to dock?
You must know a lot more people Senor. Ask some questions, cause, If I catch them again carrying Munitions or any kind of weapons, I'm not going to give them a chance to dock again. Ever.

I praise you for increasing the frequency of your patrols in Omicron Theta system and raising concerns about any suspicious activities. But there is nothing to be concerned regarding MFE vessels. Participating in any sort of combat directly or indirectly is the last thing that interests them and that is left as the very last critical resort, especially with senor Doc Holliday in charge.
We're in Omicrons where weapons and munitions are at a very high demand and practically mandatory gracias to the presence of Las Calamares and other dangerous entities that have no interest in any sort of diplomatic approach. Without any ways of fighting the Nomad incursion your chances of survival are that of las ratas at the local barbeque on Crete. MFE Academy was simply in the process of replenishing the old munitions and other supplies, a very standard procedure. Por favor, I do encourage you to report me any further activities you find suspicious. Muchas gracias!
