Our organization is deeply in the people business, interacting with at least hundreds daily in groups traveling through the sector.
Your Public Notice could not have come at a better time, when we are looking to shortly expand our fleet and, with that, our staffing. As part of our onboarding process, for the betterment of passenger care, we would like to implement some medical training amongst crew as they are hired.
Although there are several options here on Planet Manhattan, I think the prestige of your academy would go farther to reassure our clientele that we place the utmost importance on their health during their time with us onboard.
I have a few initial questions about the services and your location out in Omicron Theta:
When is the next scheduled hosting of your EMT 2 day Course? I myself would like to sign up on behalf of our group to assess the training and become more knowledgeable in medical care.
As we seldom get out of house space with our routes, can you advise on the safest and most traveled route to access your facility in Omicron Theta? Our neutral stance as Freelancers typically helps against dramatic situations in space but avoidance of conflict is always preferred by our insurer!

The next session of our Entry-Level Medical Training (EMT) course is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, February 4th. We recommend arriving a day prior, on Monday, February 3rd, to ensure you’re well-rested and prepared. Basic lodging in two-person rooms is arranged at the academy, courtesy of MFE.
Given your neutral stance as a freelancer business, the safest and most reliable route would be through Kusari space and the Sigma systems. These areas generally offer lower conflict risks and are well-trafficked by independent and neutral parties. Should you require specific navigational assistance, our team can provide additional details.
We deeply appreciate your intent to contribute a donation to our work—it is generous acts like yours that allow us to lower course fees and expand our offerings. Your commitment to improving passenger care is inspiring, and we look forward to welcoming you and your team to the academy. Please let us know how many of your team are attending the course, this helps us ensure the class is not too crowded. At this time we have 6 seats available. Dear Mr. Donovan,
We have uploaded the official course confirmation document to your NeuralNet account. This document serves multiple purposes:
It confirms your enrollment in the course.
It is a valid travel permit through Corsair space under the Theta Agreement.
It includes a docking permit for the Academy hangar (small craft only).
Upon arrival at the hangar, please proceed to security for clearance. Afterward, please take the elevator to level 0, the central area. You may check in at the student reception desk in the main hallway, where you will be issued a student pass. This pass grants you access to your room as well as all designated student areas and cafeterias. Please ensure this pass is on your person and visibly shown during your stay.

Thank you for this enrolment confirmation and travel permit under the Theta agreement.
My crew and I ended up making this a business trip, taking some passengers to the Luxury Liner Hawaii in the nearby Sigma-19.
Armed with this permit and confirmation, we will begin our final voyage out of the Sigmas and into Omicron Theta.
Unfortunately, our Civilian Ferry likely doesn't fit nicely for docking at the Academy given the small craft only restrictions, so I'll make arrangements to charter a Freighter out of Corfu Base unless you have shuttles available for such purposes. My crew can mingle with the locals and take in some Zoner hospitality, maybe make a few station contacts!
I am looking forward to seeing your station as well as undertaking this training. I'm a fan of knowledge!
