It came to my attention that you recently started operations in Omicron Theta. I was under the impression the Black Sails mainly operated in Bretonia up to now or did your objectives change? While I appreciate your help in fighting the Outcast threat in the Omicrons, I need to inform you about the special situation we have in Omicron Theta at the moment.

Sails operating in Omicron Theta

Recently, we have faced hostilities against Corsairs by a Zoner group called Phoenix during the retreat of the CNS-Penitence. While their ships identifiable through the callsign (\^/) are free to experience any cruelties you can come up with, other Zoner groups that were part of the Theta Summit and signed the Treaty with us are strictly under Corsair protection and must not be harmed or harassed in any way, ¿me entiendes?

Those groups currently include Omicron Supply Industries (OSI), New Covenant Church (NCC), Med Force Enterprises (MFE) as well as the former Pygar Administrator Jerard Voncloud onboard the ZCV-Kaldra. Whenever you operate in Omicron Theta, you MUST act accordingly to not violate the Treaty. If you cannot keep the trigger fingers of your pilots under control, I strongly suggest you stay away from that area for the time being.

Let me start by thanking you for giving the Black Sails a heads up about what we can and what we can't do within the Omicrons. As of now I feel cold and indifferent due to a few factors.

To begin with, the Black Sails did not took part in your all mighty treaty, and we thank you for that. Having to deal with all this protocolar bullshit is way above any of us. We are simple warriors, do excuse us. Therefore, the Black Sails have no obligations to honor any deals that the Deterrence and Brotherhood are bound to. It's your problem, keep it from spreading.

Secondly, you are no strangers of subversion acts. We didn't bothered to put it out to light, but since you're pushing it, brace for impact. Some months ago, we ran into this zoner transport displaying OSI colors, one of your protectees. Nothing special about him, except the fact that he acquired Gold from an undercover Molly installation. He wasn't greedy with the details, he was even kind enough to prove his claims, and they add up.

Now, the treachery. El capitan claimed he was dealing with you lot, the Deterrence, where he would unload the gold mined by the Mollys, and even BMM, on Geneva base in the Omegas, and there you come in to pick it up in exchange for something. Artifacts, maybe? Makes sense, but doesn't even matter. What matters is that you directly supported the Molly war economy while open hostilities between them and the Corsairs were at it's peak. There's nothing light about this, signor. This protectee of yours even mentioned about a contract between your factions. Now, that's what I call real business. I hope you didn't forgot to add Annex-80TS.

If we're going to have any future communications, the Black Sails recommend you to watch your tone. If you require evidence for the above mentioned, how would you say it, please find it attached.

Let me not waste too much time here. I do not know if you had too much rum or are just generally of poor judgement, but accusing the Deterrence of acquiring gold – a resource which we consistently extract and refine ourselves on Fort Torrelavega - from our enemy the Mollys is simply ridiculous. The fact that you submit this report to me now – months after the described incident – tells me that it cannot be of such importance as you make it look, if it is not plain out wrong. If it is indeed a real report, the OSI pilot clearly lost his mind faced with the imminent threat to his life. Those people are simple traders after all, not warriors.

Regarding the Treaty, I think I made myself very clear with what I said. The protection of the listed Treaty signatories is not a negotiable “deal” that can be disregarded by The Black Sails. It is a Treaty that must be honored by all Sons of Crete! As long as you do regard yourselves as such, I recommend you to follow what I said or stay away from Omicron Theta. If you feel a particular need to harass a Zoner, feel free to exercise that on any Phoenix pilot. You do have my explicit blessing to do anything you like with those people.
