Premier Gutierrez's Farewell Speech
The Premier after a prolonged retreat from all public life , entrusting the on-going workings of the Coalition to his Ministeries and the SCRA High Command, has decided to come forth and give one final appearance in front of the Duma at the recent Communist Party Congress. In it, he gave a report of all that was accomplished by the Coalition, from the reform of it's legislative and executive powers and allowing a more democratic process to happen within the bureacracy, to the massive rearmament and expansion of the Coalition Fleet. In addition, the report included the extension of coalition space; finding the means to sustain a costly protracted war against the Kingdom of Bretonia; securing a neutrality in the former system of Omega-47 to restore the old buffer between the Coalition and Bretonia and reviving the effort of his predecessors genuine Sirius-wide communist international known as the COALINTERN. In his final act, he agreed to allow the Duma to propose an election to determine the new Premier and the next era of the Coalition.
The candidates were Vladimir Akimnov and Gregor Tykovkin , whom were both raised and established a career within the Sirius Coalition Revolutionary Army High Command. While the Duma prepared the means in which to control an attempt of an electoral process for a new Premier, some sudden twists had occurred alleviating the burden. Former Field Marshal Petrov has taken a retirement, nominating his successor to be Vladimir Akimnov, thus disqualifying him from the candidacy given potential conflict of interest with the timing of his promotion. Therefore, allowing the succesor to default to Gregor Tykovin as there were no other candidates left to run opposed. The Duma has then decided to bypass the electoral process and confirm Gregor Tykovin to be the new Premier for the Coalition to succeed former Premier, Leon Gutierrez.
The Premier has requested that Gregor Tykovin declare his platform in front of the Duma so as the citizens of the Coalition can be informed of what is to come with his new reign. Gregor Tykovin had provided a full report in response to his new obligation. He announced the following in front of the entire Duma.

" I am Gregor Tykovkin, borned in Rheinland, in a family in which it was considered an honor to serve in the Navy of the Empire. After Empire collapse they decide did everything possible in an attempt to revive the old system. I grew up disagreeing with such a future, despite the protests of my family, so I left my family nest and went in search of my future. After a long journey through the Rhienland Federation in one of the bars in New Berlin, I met with the recruiters of the Coalition and was imbued with their speeches about best future for Sirius, and later used their help to leave Rheinland and join Coalition After passing additional checks in the Coalition to exclude the possibility that of being a spy, I was given the opportunity to join the army and go through military training.

Having no specific task in front of me other than maintaining the station in working order after a long journey, I founded a small colony in Omicron Chi, in size amounting to 1150 people.
Although I am primarily a military man, however, after personal leadership and responsibility to hundreds of civilians, I realized that it was necessary to conduct not only a military policy, but also to provide more comfortable living conditions for civilians, which would allow attracting more people from Sirius. So I therefore proposed to throw my hat into the candidacy for the Premier.
If I am to lead, here are my objectives during my leadership:
- Give more rights to the population, including the creation of autonomous communes outside the Coalition administration.
- Increase mining and production to improve the quality lives of civilians, as well as ensure a safe life.
- Consider the option of changing the system of power to eliminate a possible dictatorship of the military as it happened before.

It is time for the Premier's inaugural speech to conclude the power transfer event:
Comrades!
They call us terrorists, dictators! They say that we must repent our past. That we can survive if only we will become ones of them. Yes, we indeed have dark pages in our history. But we won't apologize to those who forgot about humanity in a chase for profit.
Consuming has replaced the ideals. Corporatocracy continues to spark senseless conflicts and drive armies towards new destruction. Eternal greed tears Sirius and pulls it in depths of anarchy.
Against this we have the only solution: an iron will that lead us to the final victory of Sirius Revolution. Our enemies can be more powerful, and their armies can seem endless. But as always, our desire to break this vicious cycle remains unbreakable!
A sad truth that darkness surrounds us, comrades! But new dawn will dispel it, the horizon of our Revolution will light up Sirius's hearts! We are children of Coalition, and we know what we must do. From today we will start a new liberation!
Right in this time, our militants prepare deep strikes into enemy territories to seed terror in hearts of corporatocracy's servants. A desire for consumption divides them while we stand united!
Our enemies think that they are safe in the House space, which they turned in citadels of corruption. But there will be no more place in Sirius for corporatocracy worshippers who see merely tools in their people. Nobody will hide from us!

Right now all I see is the anarchy that devours Sirius and Houses who confront each other and fight themselves. They believe that taking without giving something in return is the way of the strong.
Our foes who call themselves the legitimate authority of the Houses are no more than hollow shells. They have nothing to bring happiness. Their society decomposes them while promising the ascension.

Comrades!
I want to apologize to Duma for interrupting their work. The current situation forced me to interrupt their general meeting because I must notify Coalition peoples about recent changes.
I am sure that various peoples outside Duma and the Army already know it. But some time ago the Premier's Office gave orders to the Volgograd Industrial ship captains bypassing standard procedures.
It was made only for one purpose to make our work faster and to be sure that nobody will escape from our retribution.
We all know that Volgograd Industrial successfully fulfilled many of the tasks assigned to them. Successfully stabilized our internal and external trade. And I would like everything to be different but.
With the evidence from the new Minister of Plenty Isabella Lonergan. We cannot close our eyes to the corruption that live among peoples who must work for the benefit of the Coalition people.
Due to these events, the Commissariat will receive more powers and work. Many Volgograd Industrial captains refused to comply with the new orders. But our troopers, led by loyal to Coalition Commissars in head changed captains minds pretty quickly.
All this made it possible to confirm many of the accusations and to discover new evidence of their guilt.
Since it's hard to clean up something that is already so mired in mud.
I disband Volgograd Industrial. Property that belongs to them will take under the direct control of the Premier's Office and Coalition people's.
Isabella Lonergan will continue her work as Minister of Plenty until all bureaucratic procedures will end. And due to her work for the good of the Coalition people's she will join the Premier's Office as the officer responsible for the industrial and economic part of Coalition.
The commissar forces are already conducting numerous searches of common property that belongs to Volgograd Industrial and at the property that belongs to their workers and employee.
Before I entered Duma Lev Zabuzko, the Head Commissar reported about the success of this operation.
I assure you that this purge is just the first step, and we will continue our work for the benefit of the Coalition people's.

Premier Tykovkin Speech
Today, Premier Tykovkin explained SCECs fate and the Ministry of Truth and Minister Novikov. He declared that the situation with Rostok Colony in deep Omicrons was the last failure of SCEC. And that in the new year they will concentrate on reforming each Ministry. That nobody will escape from their glory for success or punishment for the loss of peoples trust. Novikov was for sure partially involved in a recent situation, but after a detailed check, his fault was not enough to pay for his failure with life.
In his next report about SCEC work, he talks about accomplished by the Coalition with them, that massive rearmament and expansion of the Coalition Fleet were made because they worked hard and believed in their way and it can't be forgotten. He starts to talk about Minister Novikov that due to years of service to the motherland, the Coalition government decided to concentrate his skills mainly on research projects at Mykolaiv Research Station.
It means that while Volgograd Industrial expects fully integration under military command, SCECs will partially save the old chain of command. But this does not mean that they will have the same freedom to do whatever that they want. Premier Tykovkin continued to talk about how the military will support Coalition science for another few minutes before leaving tribune.

Ships for parade from Omega 55 on their way to home.
Today at a regular meeting in the Duma, the Coalition government decided to make a fleet parade.
The parade was usually less organized, and usually, participants were only ships from the Home Defense Fleet.
But from now it will consist of ships from different regions where Coalition operate. Of course, this will not reduce the Coalition defence. Part of the participants its ships that returned home for crew rotation and repairs.
This parade will show how strong our military machine and that each Coalition worker can be proudly see what he builds and supports.
Since the previous few years were used 9 May, for now, it will stay as a day for Coalition Parade day. But for next year the date will be changed by taking into account the already existing holidays. This will be made to avoid chaos with weekends and give to next parade more preparation time.
The planned time for the parade to start is 17.00 Volgograd time.
Commissariat recommends not switching to another channel because soon Premier Tykovin will tell, why to parade is important and how it helps us fight.

COALITION GOVERNMENT ANNOUNCES NEW DEPUTY PREMIER
Deputy Premier Stanislaw Gajewski, May 12, 829
Planet Volgograd, New Moscow - Dark-horse candidate, fresh on the scene and full of energy and innovative ideas, Stanislaw Gajewski, 33, has been named the state's new Deputy Premier. The former head of the Space Colony, Gajewski willl be the youngest person elevated to such a position in Coalition history. This morning, the new dignitary made his first address to the Coalition people, as well as broadcasting to Gran Canaria:
"It comes without question, the Coalition is not a perfect state nor might become it any time soon, but we know our true values and are willing to fight for them! We might not have superior firepower as Gallia or Rheinland, but our pilots are no less equally skilled fighters, capable of taking down our enemies. We might not have the fanciest suits in Sirius like Liberty or Bretonia, but we always have plenty to keep our people safe and secure. We cannot say we spend hours for a simple meal like is the custom in Kusari, but we enjoy what we grow ourselves, without bowing to a foreign corporation, that poison people with their synthetics production and mass consumer mentality.
For Houses uneducated people are cheap work horses they can abuse to increase wealth of the elite, giving them almost nothing but very basics for living. Our goal is to achieve quality education that is free and accessible to everyone, regardless of race, gender, origin or orientation.
Cryer, EFL and many minor pharmaceutical corporations do nothing to heal but everything for profits- who knows, perhaps many of the declining attributes of humanity are in part, due to their greed? Our goal is to make quality medicine completely free, not just as good as, but better than, the Great Houses of Sirius, which are steeped in ideologies of abuse and degradation of human dignity.

Successful fleet demonstration
The Premier has arrived at Zvezdny Gorodok to meet ships from fleet demonstration and inspire their crews. Since his speech also contained military orders aimed at our home defence and operations at our territories, a record will be saved in the archives. After the expiration of the military secret, this speech will be made public. Fleet command was notified about significant changes in the command structure. Information about them will be presented in the second part of this news report. A partial decrease in ship production-related to the Tempest class was also announced. This measure caused by the fleet's need for small, manoeuvrable ships. Each already produced Tempest class ship, will be modernised to increase their efficiency.

Many people tried to find out why the Premier was alone at the end of the demonstration without Coalition Field Marshal Shmatko. Premier announced that: during the fleet passage, Field Marshal felt the deterioration of his health, but decided to stay with the fleet until it reached Zvezdny Gorodok. The Head of the Medical Department of Zvezdny Gorodok decided that the best variant is sent Field Marshal Shmatko to one of the biggest hospitals on Planet Jiangxi. Announced reason for ill health was nervous exhaustion. The possible recovery time for Shmatko will take up to six months. For now, the responsibilities of the Field Marshal will take Oleg Knyazev. Oleg Knyazev is a promising Major who showed enough competence as a fleet leader. However, right now, this decision is temporary. Premier Tykovkin will be personally involved in army command, till a new Field Marshal will be selected or Field Marshal Oleg Knyazev will received trust. After the Field Marshal Akimnov decided to leave his post, Premier Tykovkin was at the leader position of civilian and military parts of the Coalition almost for a year.

At the moment, we are receiving various reports of sabotage throughout the system. We classified this situation as a global event, this is why I imposed martial law in Omega-52. Coalition forces have already been mobilised and are engaged in localising the consequences and restoring order. At the moment, it is still unknown about the purpose of this attack, but criminals will not escape punishment and will pay for their crimes. According to preliminary data, various warehouses were damaged at Jiangxi, Volgograd and Zhukovsky. Strategic or other vital objects of the Coalition were not damaged.
We don't know who is to blame for those incidents, but the Black Guard has already been sent to catch saboteurs and their supporters!
They decided to go against our people and fulfil their ambitions by harming our sisters and brothers! They're gonna pay for such crime! Every person who assisted them is no longer our comrade! He is a beast! Because of his actions, he can't be human! He decided to bring anarchy to our home!

Onboard Carrier Alvin Katz (Omega-52)
