Dear Ladys and Gentelmen of OS&C.

My name is Maya Mcascott, escort pilot for the IMG here at Java Station.

I`ve had a chat with a friend lately revolving around Gallia of all places.
Since my dutys mostly bind me to Java and my friend gets horribly space sick when flying for long distances, we wondered if, on your next scheduled travel, we could place an order for a few things from Gallia.
Mainly some food and drinks to taste the local cuisine, some information about its history, art and music. You know the stuff tourists usually search for.

We came up with a list of things, i will attach it below.

- copy`s of the top 5 novels currently available (maybe 2 or 3 years prior also) in paper form if possible
- copy`s of the top 100 musical songs currently available (maybe last years one too) in digtal form
- regional spices (5 boxes)
- regional wine (10 boxes)
- regional bread (4 boxes)
- regional sweets (2 boxes)

We`d also like to learn a bit about its craftmanship and arts, so maybe you could get us a holotainment band from a museum?
I guess they should have something like that for tourists?

The order should be delivered to Hallifax Station in Leeds, where my friend and i will meet on a weekly basis.

We would be very happy if this request is at all acceptable for you.

firstly let me thank you for taking some time out of your, i assume quite busy schedule, to answer my request personally.

I`ve shown your respond to my friend already, and let me tell you, she`s quite excited about the things you mentioned.
Please let me know when the WSL - La Reunion is scheduled to pass through the Leeds System during the next weeks, so we can plan the exchange accordingly.

As there are quite a few variations of food and drinks involved in the exchange, i will call the Guild Supplyvessel Molten.Archon over towards Halifax.
I`m quite sure it has the capability to store the various goods in an adequate surrounding, so they stay fresh for a bit longer.

Me and my friend are looking forward to meet the Crew of the WSL - La Reunion near Halifax.

Regarding this matter, I must admit my unfamiliarity with the exact location of Halifax, as it lies beyond the standard routes of WSL. Upon consulting our security squadron pilots, I have been strongly advised against bringing La Réunion directly into the West Leed smog cloud, as it would present an all-too-tempting target in an already precarious system such as Leeds.

We've listed two possible options: either relocating the rendezvous to Durham outpost, a more suitable location for our vessel, or maintaining Halifax as the meeting point, in which case we would reach it via one of our shuttles.

In either scenario, La Réunion will be passing through the area this Saturday morning, New London time.

Dear Mr. Balzac,

Firstly:

I absolutly understand your hesitation to fly your Vessel into the West Leeds Clouds. Therefor i would also suggest we relocate the redevous to Durham Outpost.

Secondly:

I am currently unable to attend in person, as i am needed on official Guild business elsewhere. The Guild Supply Vessel IMG|Molten.Archon will arrive at Durham Outpost in a timely manner to oversee the transfer on my behalf.
The Molten. Archon will store the provided Goods and will also pay you for your trouble.
I am terribly sorry for not attending in person but i have send a message towards my friend so he knows where to find the new redevous spot.

Again my friend and i are very thankfull for your responce to our request.
Maybe one day my friend can visit Gallia in person, we just have to take it a bit slower do to her space sickness.
