The loss of Attica came at a huge cost and with recent events, unlawful activity is at an all time high, amongst other affairs, both foreign and domestic; we find ourselves in need of cooperation, more now than ever before. I wanted to forward this report I received to you from one of my Captains in the field. After a brief look at the report it concerns one of your Captains and a secondary fleet Captain. I thought it best send it to you. Details are below.

I received a call about a disturbance near West Point Military Academy involving one of my Officers and two Navy Captains. I proceeded to West Point and arrived to a strange scene. According to the Officers accounts the Captain of the Akhetaten had threatened the Officers life on more than one occasion. The Officer also explained that a known terrorist was spotted nearby and the Captains seems to care very little about deterring the vessel. My fellow Officer put it and I quote "We have a cloaked terrorist nearby, that the Navy seem to be ... helping." Over the course of the conversation the two Captains in question constantly threw insults at both myself and my fellow Officer without much thought or professionalism to speak of. They seemed to be fond of calling us "single celled amoeba" as they put it. Unfortunately the terrorist vessel in question never showed themselves so the pursuit was never able to continue. Anyway, after a lot of back and forth between us and the Captains, a Rogue pilot (RB.Fritz) showed up and a separate 46th| fleet fighter went in after him before we could react. Unfortunately the pilot's ship was disabled and I recovered the pod. Gamma 37 went in after him and was able to subdue the suspect to which was collected and brought back to Lewisville.
Recommendations / Concerns: Obviously, these two Captains are not fond of the Liberty Police and its Officers which would make cooperation very hard in the future. I would suggest informing the Navy of this situation before the relations sour too much.

Anyway, with the recent tensions between Kusari and Liberty on the rise, I have dispatched more of my local pilots around the prison to help out in Colorado. Hopefully they can help plug any holes the Navy might have trouble with.
