News of the Nomads' recent attacks on Omicron systems had reached High Command, as had the results. We offer our condolences to all the fallen pilots who gave their lives in defence of their home systems and civilians. Also, news of the Deterrence's pressure increasing on you since incident with Freeport 9 has the High Command concerned. We find this unacceptable and in light of these events on behalf of the High Command I would like to offer you military assistance in countering the Nomad threat, as well as increasing our trade relations in military technology, foodstuffs and resources both minerals and precious metals. We believe it is necessary to take these measures to ensure the safety of the citizens of the Omicron systems and to maintain order and peace in the Sirius Sector.
Our recent successes with our allies the Red Hessians against Deterrence and Core demonstrate our willingness to provide protection to the citizens of the Sirius Sector.
You’re certainly well-informed, as we would expect from the SCRA.
We did suffer casualties in Zeta while doing everything in our power to save human lives, and I’m glad to report that our efforts were largely successful.
Nonetheless, we now find ourselves in a precarious position. Kadesh has become the first line of defense against those blue slugs, while the Corsairs demand we adhere to their enslaving treaty—first in Theta, and soon, they will likely try to extend that across all of the Omicrons. We have no intention of tolerating that. Your support in countering both threats is more than welcome, and I will ensure that all of our bases remain open for your vessels to resupply and undergo repairs.
I’m also quite intrigued by the prospect of exchanging military technology and trade goods. Please, let me know what you have in mind so we can explore those opportunities further.

After discussing the details with the High Command, we have come up with the following proposals.
1.We would like to renew and increase trade between our organisations in the military industry and provide the latest Volgograd Ordinance technology. These technologies have proven themselves not only against the Rheinland Military and Bretonian Armed Forces but also against the Corsairs. We also believe that in order to increase the safety of your citizens from external threats, the Coalition can offer its assistance in the confrontation by sending our squadrons to your aid in case of danger. They can also assist you in countering the blockade set up by the corsairs on the planet Pygar.
2. We can provide you with special freeze-dried food rations consisting of natural vegetables and meat. We are actively developing our agriculture on the planet Jiangxi despite the conditions of the planet itself and can export the surplus from the harvest. We also think that the planet Pygar will be a priority target for deliveries.
3. On your side we would like to receive Iridium supplies to continue our research in a wide range of fields including military.
The High Command believes that this co-operation could be very fruitful and could bring our people closer together politically and economically. If your answer will be positive ships which belong to your organization and ships who is cooperating with you according this agreement recieve temporary VISA with Red access. It will end in moment when first phase of our agreement will be completed.
Thank you for your prompt response and detailed proposals. It’s reassuring to see the Coalition taking such proactive measures to help us. We gladly welcome the opportunity to deepen our cooperation, especially given the growing threats in the region.
1. We are always open to any support against the Corsairs and Nomads. Volgograd Ordinance technology would indeed be a valuable addition to our bases, helping us repel any Corsair incursions. Your readiness to dispatch squadrons—particularly to counter the Corsair blockade in Southern Theta—is greatly appreciated. Phoenix stands prepared to coordinate both military and logistical operations as needed.
2. While our own supplies are sufficient, it never hurts to diversify. I’ll have our administrators allocate crews to expand our storage facilities in anticipation of these new goods for Pygar. Frozen rations could prove extremely useful if the Corsairs attempt to engage us in a protracted siege.
3. Delivering Iridium is feasible, albeit complicated. We must traverse three Corsair-controlled systems, each with its own bases. Coordinating delivery times with your patrols would be ideal to ensure safe passage. Please let us know where you would prefer to receive the Iridium shipments.
Overall, your proposals mark a promising step toward a stronger political and economic partnership between our peoples. We look forward to working together in the days ahead.

After clarifying the schedule of our patrols and a crew set for our ship, we want to offer you the following. We can organize a trading convoy and our troops and allies will protect your transports from a possible attack by Corsairs or Nomads while you transport the cargo. Indicate the optimal meeting place for you so that we can direct our fleet for sagging. We expect data from you at the meeting place, but for now we will prepare the ships for alert.

On behalf of the HC, we thank your for your brave and for delivering the cargo. Our scientists are already actively experimenting with Iridium, perhaps in the near future we can improve our arsenal. Also, such volumes allow us to provide more jobs for our citizens and increase the rate of production, which will undoubtedly have a positive impact on economic growth. We were also able to improve the reactor of our battle transport that brought you the supplies. The workers and scientists have commented on the high quality of the ore you brought and are happy to work with quality materials.
I would like to inform you that we have just sent the latest reports on the delivery of 12900 containers of Volgograd Ordinance and 12900 containers of Food Rations to Corfu Base. The decision was made to deliver the cargoes to Corfu Base because of the turbulent weather conditions on the planet Pygar itself, which make it impossible for large transport ships to land, and we think it will be easier to make logistical deliveries across the planet from orbit. Our trained pilots have worked tirelessly to deliver the necessary supplies to your people, and have done so, I must say, extremely quickly.
Attached below is the proof of acceptance of the goods at the base made by the captain of the ship SCRA|CPS-Vologda, which you can see below.
We hope that these supplies will help your people in such a difficult time. We are waiting for your confirmation of the acceptance of the cargo, for now we'll plan to make more deliveries soon.
The people of Pygar send their thanks. Those food rations will ease their worries.
Once again, we appreciate your assistance. Most of that valuable cargo will be sent to the surface, while some will be allocated to our forces on the station.
However, as you mentioned, Pygar’s weather can be quite unpredictable. Those massive sandstorms are our best defense against bombardment, yet they’re also our pilots’ worst nightmare.
Accounting for the normal flow of supplies, moving everything will take about a week.
It’s also good to know our Iridium meets your standards. We’ll arrange another shipment as soon as you need it.
